Have had good service here over the past 5 years (except for one error of not tightening a bolt when my shift cable was replaced and my truck almost didnt make it back to the dealer.) But the prices keep getting higher and higher so I probably will avoid this place in tne future. Oil change is $150 which is ridiculous.

I have been visited here fore 3 years now and I decided switch to other place. I had told to change 4 tires including one tire which was replaced 5 month ago at this place. I asked service adviser why I need to even change the 5 months old tire, and she pointed out the report sheet and said "because it says so" What kind of service manner is this!!! Isn't it normal to feel strange for changing 5 month- old tire to new one? Can normal new tire be wornd off in 5 months? Very very very disappointed. If there is specific reason for this, they should have at least double check and explain so that the customer can understand with common sense. I took my car to the tire shop and show the mechanic and he said one of the tire is almost brand new, no need to change. He even asked me back "why do you want to change the whole tire?" NOT ME!!! Also, when I changed the tire 5 month ago, I asked tire rotation and paied for it. Turns out to be it has not been done. I asked the rotation because service center said they can not change only one front tire. They have to change two front tires togather. So I asked to change only the tire that was spaired and rotate tires from the back to front. They said Okay and I paid for it. Trusted them. Now, I found that my new tire is still at the front where they said it shouldn't be. I am Not going back this place again!!!!!!

My 87 year young and very sweet mother in law had her Prius towed again to Michael’s Toyota because the months old new battery they installed died. They insisted they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car nor the battery, but clearly there was a problem they weren’t addressing in why it was dying so soon. The service clerk refused to replace the battery even though it’s still under warranty! My very sweet mother in law asked the young lady if she herself would feel comfortable letting her grandmother drive a car knowing the battery could fail at any time leaving her stranded? The young clerk clearly tried to deflect and defend Michael’s Toyota and save their branch from having to give an 87 year young a new battery, denying her peace of mind. Shame on you Michael’s Toyota, but at least you saved yourselves a battery!

What happened to this place. Discovered this gem in 2018. Great service, on the ball, great experience. Loaner for longer service, etc 2024, quality and customer service dropped off big time, several of the best left. No loaners fir longer service, but they do cover Uber 2025 early, poor communication and broke a caliper. They did accommodate with a loaner so better. Late 2025, it just seems cold, you enter they take the car for oil change, an hour later the car is ready, get the money and on your way with a report or suggestion. Rear brakes need replacing but after the last experience, I am very hesitant to do this. This even makes me question if my next car should be from there as this will be my maintenance contract place. Now it's the hunt fir alternative. I didn't care that they were 30-50% more expensive because service was top notch. Now it's nearly double other places without any service.

When I went there, despite having over 30 customers coming in almost at the same time, I was attended to almost immediately. Great service, prompt and well organized. Definitely would recommend.

I was there for routine maintenance and they worked fast to get me out quickly. The main reason I was impressed was that I overheard someone making a very long, repetitive complaint to one of the workers, and he listened until the customer was done talking. No interruptions, no excuses - just listened. And when the customer was done, he gave a plan of action that worked for them. Routine maintenance done in a timely manner is good business, but that kind of caring customer service is what makes Michael's Toyota worth the extra travel time.

In the past, Toyota’s team would arrange the Uber directly and provide a full, seamless service. Now, they simply hand out a voucher without offering any assistance. Although the new approach may be cost‑effective, the staff seem noticeably less courteous, and the overall experience feels far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

Really good experience with then service. I was welcomed right away and connected with a supervisor who took great care of everything. They arranged a round-trip Uber, which was super convenient. The lounge was comfortable with free lattes and cookies, the work was done well, and the pricing was reasonable. Installing the crossbars was actually cheaper than going to a third-party shop. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Would recommend.

Rich was my service advisor today. He was fantastic. Very patient, answered all of my questions, and informed me of their packages. It seems like a lot of their employees have been around for a long time (10 plus years), which is a good sign. Car was done in a very efficient time frame. The lady that checked me in at the car/drive in bay was also friendly. The waiting area has a coffee station and freshly baked cookies. I have had a chance to meet 2 women who work in the waiting area so far and they were both so nice and lovely. Ask about their service packages. I will be coming back.
