I had the best service to my 2004 Lexus RX330 imaginable from Chris at Sameday Auto Repair in Bellevue. I had some deep scratches with paint loss, and because I am moving to CT, I was concerned about rust starting at the damaged areas. Chris provided same day clear coating and brushed on paint to reduce the risk of rusting, since I told him that this older car did not need to be rejuvenated, but only protected. All of this was done quickly, while I waited. I can hardly believe the kind attitude and the generosity that he exemplified. I also noted that everyone working in the shop were smiling as they worked and clearly enjoy their jobs. Amazing!!!

It's so rare nowadays to get truly EXCELLENT customer service, that I have to shout this place out (and Chris especially). I got probably 5-10 recommendations for places to go, of which I didn't have time in my busy day to call them down and even start trying to price out my repair. Sameday allowed me to send in photos and get texts back, which Chris promptly followed up with. I swung by the next day (today) on my lunch break and was able to get my issue resolved much quicker, easier, and cheaper than I had anticipated. I will absolutely return if I ever have the need, and will be recommending Sameday and Chris to all my friends and family. Six days after getting a new car, I scraped it against a concrete pole in my parking garage while pulling out of an unfamiliar EV charging spot.
