Scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. They couldn't take me in and suggested to come in a morning to leave the car for a day, for what was estimated as a half an hour work. This has not only ruined my day, but also my plans for the upcoming weekend. This costs me a lot, it would be cheaper to go to a dealer.

Adam is awesome with great customer service and low cost for repairs. I had “check engine” sign on and he checked everything, topped off engine oil, brake fluid, washer fluid, ran diagnostic and then didn’t charge me anything!

Having six Mercedes going back to 1979 requires lots of attention. The Mercedes Garage has earned our loyal business! We have been seeing Adam, the owner, since 2005, and always feel he has taken care of our needs with honesty and integrity. I would recomend the Mercedes Garage to anyone driving a Mercedes!

Not what they used to be. I was told their main Mercedes guy is not working with them anymore but take it for what it's worth. I don't believe a word they say. Took the car in after having misfire codes. Told them it's either wiring harness or the computer. After 3 hours of diagnosis they said they checked the harness. Wire harness is fine so the computer has to be replaced. They quoted over $1000 for a used computer. Agreed to pay. Computer was replaced. Then they came back and said wiring harness is bad too and asked for another $2000. Total money grab. Told them to put the car back together w/o any more work done to the car. They said they would charge me another $750 on top just to put the car back together. Car is like a hostage in their possession now. Paid $1100 for the computer and towed the car back home while all the parts taken apart dumped in the trunk. Replaced the wiring harness. Now I have multiple computer errors on the dash. The computer has not been properly programmed. I was charged $150 just for programming. Sent an email. They replied they'd give my number to their programming specialist. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing heard from them since. It's to the point that is best to take legal action.

Adam is the go to guy for Mercedes. Granted just had a oil change done. But was out fast and a quality job. Nice place. Will definitely be back for B service. Even corrected tire pressures.

Mercedes Garage at Park place LTD is the best place to take your Mercedes. There is not a more skilled and honest person in the industry than Adam Takayoshi and he has the most highly skilled and honest technicians working for him. They do better work at a lower cost than the dealer! It would be foolish to take your Mercedes to any other shop for service or repairs of any kind. A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

11/10 will come here again; the honesty and transparency when handling customers is first-class. Went there with a 'damaged' rear mirror (both the housing and mirror) and its turn signal light not working. The guy stepped out, took a look, checked the housing and refitted it. The cable inside was replugged and the turn signal light worked again. Called the technician to see if any labor is needed. Tells my brother and me to order the mirror itself online and replace it ourselves (even taught us how to do it). From Mercedes's quote of $1400 to possibly only $15. Anyone with a Mercedes should check this place out.

I went here for my A5 service Mercedes. I appreciated the quick and kind service provided by JB? Not sure about the name. But he was pleasant to work with. But my concern was that only two out of 4-5 employees there wore masks inside the building. This is against the state mandate for masks indoors. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe waiting there for an hour to get my car done.

I've been taking my car to Adam for 10 years already. Recently, I even switched my other brand car to Mercedes, because i was tired of dealing with mechanics. Now, I just bring both of my cars to this place and forget. Will be taken care with thoroughness and honesty. Also, Adam is always on "your side", his goal is to save you money, not find ways to charge you more. Your safety is his concern nr 1. And most of all, he is simply a great person. Looking forward to having business with him, he is truly a gold.

Just have my 2014 ML350 rear brake pad replaced yesterday here, the price is the same as Mr Adam quoted me through e-mail. the same service my dealer Lynnwood Mercedes Benz quoted me is triple. I am very happy and satisfy with their service, I will switch my car regular maintenance to here in future. I suggest every auto owner to do more home work when you visit your car dealer and compare their quote, most like the dealer charges too much.

I went there for a pre-purchase inspection of two vehicles. They were able to find major issues with one of them, which likely had an unreported accident but I would have never noticed. The other one had a few minor issues, but overall seemed fine. Shabi, the service advisor who was giving me the rundown of the inspection results, was very helpful. She explained she had worked at dealerships before and she knew how many operated and what things could be negotiated at which. Using this information, I was able to get my dealership to address all the issues and in the process ended up saving more money than I spent on both inspections.

I've never been happier with any other shop. Whenever I take my car in for servicing or a repair I know my Mercedes is in good hands. I recently brought my 1998 ML 320 to Mercedes Garage in Bellevue for a maintenance service. Their service met and exceeded my expectations. Adam explained to me what had been done. Since it is an old car, they also checked other parts of the vehicle for me. They found some defects. Adam told me they were not urgent issues but recommended me to have them fixed in the future. To have a peace of mind, I brought the car to Mercedes Garage the next week. Adam listed all the replaced parts in the receipt and explained to me what had been done in detail. I was treated with courtesy. The prices were very reasonable in both times. I can feel the difference before and after the services when I drive the car. I am so happy that I have found a reliable garage for my Mercedes!

I simply will not go anywhere else for service! Adam and Brian followed up with me with everything they said they would and the shop has been extremely busy. I am constantly impressed with the years of service experienced with Adam. From my first vehicle, now moving on to my third, I have taken all vehicles (Mercedes) to Adam as my primary Mercedes advisor and mechanic from years back. Hands down, this is the place to take your Mercedes if you want dependable and honest service folks.

For the past +10 yrs I've trusted Mercedes Garage because of their transparency, honesty, patience, competitive prices and most importantly, premium quality work. They go above and beyond on customer service and are flexible, providing options if you have a set budget. When you service your Mercedes here, it'll always look better than when you dropped it off. The best in the business. Honestly, I'm shocked to be writing these words. I love Mercedes Garage. Issues get resolved. Communication is stellar. And they've actually invested in their relationship with me as a customer. They work with me, and happily fix everything I bring, large issue or small. I really liked the old service writer Adam, but the new guy is the best I've ever dealt with in 30 plus years. Recommended without reservation.

The PPI was disappointing as I ended up with $10k+ worth of bill because Mercedes Garage failed to mention any of below issues in their PPI report for my newly purchased 2010 E63 AMG: 1. Strong fuel smell from the back of the seat - ended up having to replace the fuel pump as it was literally leaking, serious fire hazard, paid $2,100 2. Permanent fault code on the system - low voltage, as the battery was not in spec, failed my SMOG test, costed $500 to repair 3. A bent front wheel, it vibrates during high speed, $800 to replace the OEM rim 4. A split flex discs as per photo, will cost me $1,700 to fix 5. Oil Leaks (per photos): Mercedes Garage mentioned Timing Cover & Oil Pan slight leak - OK, but failed to capture Front Cover leak, Transmission leak 6. Other failures: Transmission mount collapsed, Motor mount collapsed, Right front wheel bearing play I paid $400+ to Mercedes Garage (claimed to be an AMG specialist) hoping that I get a clear picture of what vehicle I am getting into, as most of you would (who are new to Mercedes). However, if Mercedes Garage would have mentioned all above issues, I would have either walked away or negotiated a much better deal. So I am very frustrated at the moment. Being a reasonable person, I asked for 50% of the refund considering they did actually perform the inspection. But the answer from the garage (after calling them for 1 week!) was: "a/The photo you sent might not be your car; b/You have driven a few hundred miles after our inspection". So they refused any refund and questioned my honesty - don't think that's how you should treat your customer. You can check all my previous Google reviews and I am proud to be a decent and honest person. I am simply sharing all the facts of my PPI experience with Mercedes Garage in this occasion, so that whoever comes next know what to expect. I cannot recommend this garage for any of your PPI work in the future, please avoid.
