My 2017 BMW X5 had a little unexpected contact with a wooden stairwell which caused some damage to my rear bumper cover and some of the other components around there. The BMW Bellevue website listed AutoNation Collision center as their recommended source. I made an appointment to speak with Brooke, and in about an hour she had assessed the damage and prepared an estimate. I appreciated her clarity in letting me know that the price could change based on what they found when they dug deeper. The estimate was in-line with what my research told me, so I scheduled an appointment to have them do the work. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and Brooke let me know that she expected the repair to take 4 or 5 days. And since there was an Enterprise Rental guy working in the office I was mobile again in a few minutes. Tuesday morning Brooke emailed me that they had finished disassembly and had found no additional damage. She did say that the BMW dealership charged them more for one part, and so the total cost would be a bit higher. But since the new total was still under my expectations it wasn't a big deal and I appreciated the transparency. On Thursday she let me know that my car was in the paint shop and they hoped to have it finished on Friday. She said she would inspect the work and let me know if it wasn't perfect. On Friday afternoon she called to let me know the car was finished and ready for pickup. I was excited to see my car back in it's original state, and I was not disappointed. I scrutinized the paint job as closely as I could and found nothing that stood out from the factory paint job (see photo). The pickup was as smooth as everything else, and they even got me a nice discount on my rental car bill, which while I'm sure is part of their relationship, was still unexpected and much appreciated. In summary, I would recommend AutoNation Collision to anyone. They checked all my boxes: Thorough and accurate estimate, clear communications about the process, strong follow-up during the repair process and most importantly excellent repair quality. Well done!!

Good service and good quality work. Finished the work in a timely fashion. Good communication. It would have been nice if they cleaned the mirror as it was covered in fingerprints, but that's a minor issue. They did a great job cleaning the rest. Overall a good experience.

I brought my car in for repairs and was told seven different times that it would be ready, only to be met with excuses and delays every single time. I rearranged my schedule repeatedly based on their false promises, and they clearly had no respect for my time or any intention of being honest about their progress. To make matters worse, they initially assured me that they would cover the cost of the loaner car — only to try and stick me with the bill at the end. When I pointed out their promise, they backpedaled and acted like I had misunderstood. No — I didn’t misunderstand, you just didn’t want to own up to what you said. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go literally anywhere else. UPDATE They commented saying call us so we can figure out my situation and now they are ghosting my calls and not answering. They answered the phone and then said I’ll go let him know your on the phone and I waited a couple minutes and then sent me straight to voicemail so they definitely were talking and the manager decided to send me to voicemail. terrible shop do not go there, they don’t care about there customer service.

Repair work was good. but estimate was unfair because the final bill was raised over 40 percent from the original estimate for a minor repair.

I brought my BMW in with a scratched bumper. They have missed every estimated completion time and are now saying it will take another week to finish this repair. If it takes them 3+ weeks to repair a scratch that just needs to be repainted how long does it take them to repair more severe damage? I should have known by their parking lot, where there is literally no space to park anywhere, that they would take their sweet time with the repair.

I chose AutoNation Collision Center Bellevue because it’s a BMW Certified Collision Center. The original estimate was ~1 month, but it’s now been 3 months and I still don’t have my car. I did receive weekly emails, yet several weeks in a row repeated the exact same status (e.g., “waiting to paint” for consecutive weeks) with no real progress or updated ETA. Even after the shop marked repairs complete, the vehicle wasn’t released because the final documents needed by the insurer weren’t submitted promptly by the shop. Communication felt like a checkbox - slow responses, and no proactive escalation. For a BMW Certified facility, this isn’t acceptable and deeply disappointing.

⭐ The Worst Experience I've Ever Had – Deeply Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment by Brooke My experience at Autonation Collision Center — specifically with Brooke — was not just disappointing, it was shocking and unacceptable. From the very first moment she saw my BMW X6 M50i, she made a rushed and careless decision that the car should be repaired — without any thorough inspection, even though every airbag had deployed. Any professional would immediately understand that this kind of impact typically results in a total loss, but Brooke refused to listen. Her mind was made up the second she laid eyes on the car. Because of her mistake, I lost over a week of precious time, stuck in confusion and delay, while my insurance claim was held up by a false repair evaluation. She only calculated the initial phase of the repairs, giving a misleading impression of minor damage — when in fact, the car was clearly a total loss, as it was later officially declared. But what hurt even more than her poor judgment was the way she treated me as a person. Brooke was rude, cold, aggressive, and downright disrespectful. At one point, she raised her voice at me and threatened that I wouldn’t get my car back unless I paid towing fees — fees that were never properly communicated to me, and which I had no legal obligation to cover. She made a traumatic experience even worse by speaking to me with hostility and zero empathy. Instead of helping me, she pressured and intimidated me. Instead of informing me, she misled me. And instead of treating me like a valued customer, she treated me like a burden. In the end, my BMW was indeed declared a total loss, just as I tried to explain from the beginning. But by that time, I had already endured emotional stress, wasted time, and unacceptable behavior from someone who should never be allowed to deal with customers — especially those recovering from an accident. I came to Autonation Collision Center expecting professionalism, care, and honesty. What I experienced from Brooke was the opposite: disrespect, misinformation, and emotional harm. Autonation should be ashamed to have her represent their name. If this is how clients are treated in vulnerable situations, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. > I walked in shaken from an accident. I walked out emotionally hurt, delayed, and disillusioned. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Had a loose side bumper on my Mercedes. AutoNation Body Shop in Bellevue replaced the clips and reattached it for free. Super helpful, fast, and honest service. Highly recommend!

Thank you Tommy! In a recent heavy rainfall, a car slid into my rear bumper, causing a small scratch. I stopped in without an appointment to get an estimate. Tommy said " I think I can just buff that out". Tommy did it right then and there...great customer service! Thanks again!

This was my first time having a car repaired after significant damage. Since the other insurance was paying for the repair, I was worried there would be a problem with the cost for premium work. But the estimator (Bryson) answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through how the whole "body shop vs insurance company" thing works. In the end, everything went through smoothly. They fixed the damage and detailed my car to boot. It looks brand new! :)

After a bumper accident, I brought my BMW in for repairs and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team delivered high-quality care and kept me informed every step of the way. The communication was clear, timely, and reassuring , no surprises, just solid service. The paint match was flawless; you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. My BMW looks brand new, and the attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. I felt respected, supported, and confident throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert craftsmanship and top-tier customer care, used all certificated BMW parts !

To preface, I am no stranger to the automotive industry - sales, maintenance, repairs, body and collision work - my family has been involved for years. I love cars and humbly consider myself an enthusiast. With that being said, Chris and his team took absurdly good care of me and my Audi RS3 after being rear-ended. Service was prompt, communication was thorough, quality of work was outstanding, and he was undoubtedly EXCITED for the opportunity to work on my particular automobile. Furthermore, they found less than acceptable work from a previous accident about a year ago and made it right. Chris was polite and tactful about the other body shop’s work as well, not bashing them, communicated with class, stating that this car simply requires a unique touch that not everyone is privy to. He shared photos and details on everything as well. For better or worse, I have dozens and dozens of experiences with other collision shops to compare this one to, ranging from bad to excellent. Happy to report that this experience is a clear standout, well above anything else I’ve dealt with. Chris, thanks again to you and your team!

I had the pleasure to chat with Christopher who gave me an honest upfront quote without trying to up sale me on more repairs than needed. Not only did he save me 5k in unnecessary repairs he also got it done in a day. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming to Autonation especially if you feel that another shop is trying to up sale you.

I recently had a rear-end accident with my Mercedes SUV (only 2 years old, under 18K miles, wrapped in PPF) and was referred to AutoNation Collision Center Bellevue by my insurance as the only certified Mercedes-Benz collision center available. I’ll admit I was initially hesitant due to the 3.6-star rating, but my experience was truly outstanding. I worked with Josef, and he went above and beyond. He accepted my car on a weekend, provided timely updates throughout the repair process, accommodated all my requests, and even shared his own expert advice to ensure the best outcome. His professionalism and communication gave me total peace of mind. I even got a peek at his beautiful vintage Rolls-Royce—clearly, he’s passionate about cars, and it shows in the care he puts into his work. The entire process felt seamless, and I’m extremely happy with the results. My SUV came back looking as pristine as the day I bought it. I’m glad I trusted AutoNation despite the mixed reviews. If you need a certified Mercedes-Benz collision repair, ask for Josef—you’ll be in great hands.

Thank you to Brooke and her team at AutoNation! They did an amazing job repairing my damage, I called lots of shops and none made me feel comfortable about the job. It took less than a month to repair and Brooke made sure to update me about my vehicle. Would definitely recommend. My car was given a car wash inside and out, they made sure enterprise knew to pick me up and come for the rental at drop off ! Definitely a 10/10 experience. Would recommend to everyone !

Car came back not fully assembled, mold all over the back seat and the contents of the glove box are soaking wet. Awaiting response. Not alm their fault but a horrible 16 month experience. Can't recommend.
