This was my first time purchasing a new car. Wouldn’t have considered (or been able to afford) doing so but knew that there were some good incentives available. So I did my research and shopped around and had a few terrible experiences at a handful of other dealerships, from telling me a price over the phone only to change it once I arrived, to lying that they had a car on the lot just to get me in the door. When I saw the car I wanted on the AutoNation CJDR website near the price I could afford, I called them up and was as straightforward as could be and gave them the price I was willing/able to pay. They agreed to those terms and I double and triple checked with them before loading up the family and making the 120 mile trek to their lot. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Ivan gave me the key when I first arrived and asked if I had any questions but wasn’t pushy at all, gave me time and space to look it over. Mitchell was true to his word about pricing on the vehicle and we didn’t have to have any real tense negotiations, he even gave me a fair price for my trade in which was a car I loved. Mike helped with every step of the process and was knowledgeable and professional going through all of the paperwork. All in all it was a great buying experience and I would gladly recommend purchasing here.

I know I’m not alone when I say this, but I HATE CAR SHOPPING! It stresses me out. But Ramon was a great sales associate & made the whole process enjoyable!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, & he showed me what inventory they had that fit my criteria. The manager, Starr, and the finance manager, Jim, made the financial part of the deal easy & painless!! They were all so friendly & I really appreciated how stress-free the whole process was. I got my dream car & the best part was it was a stress-free, enjoyable process from start to finish & it’s all thanks to the excellent staff I got to work with. AutoNation does not disappoint! Go see Ramon! 🤩

Terrible communication and poor customer service. Took it in to fix a broken headrest, which I would've thought to be routine... First issue; they lost they keys and failed to tell us, so the car was sitting in the lot for over a week with nothing being done. We had to reach out multiple times to get an update. Then when they obtained a replacement set of keys, the car wouldn't start, so they put in a new battery. Got the car back and that's when we now noticed two new issues; the plastic covering on the back of the seat where they replaced the headrest wasn't fully attached, and we're now intermittently getting a "Stop/Start Unavailable Service Stop/Start System" error. Take it in again and they're unable to recreate the error so they give it back with no fix in place (they did fix the headrest though, so at least that was done...). Error message comes up again, I take it in for diagnostics and I'm told it's over a 2 week wait until they can take a look. I talked to a customer service representative who told me to bring it in next day but they didn't have space for me. I get there was a miscommunication between who I spoke to on the phone and the service manager, but excuse me? This issue was created by your team. I would've expected them to prioritize this seeing as it started after they worked on the car. Needless to say, will never be coming back to this location.

Sales: 5* I had amazing experience with Sales. The price negotiations were pleasant and quick. There was very little back and forth and they accommodated my request to deal out doors given the Covid Pandemic. The sales man was super friendly to work with and even gave us a ride home! After Sales: 2* After sales rep who is in-charge of processing loan and completing the paperwork was very deceptive. There were lot of lies trying to sell service. The rep mentioned that my Pacifica Hybrid needs maintenance every 5000 miles and sold me to buy the maintenance package. After returning home, I read that factory recommends maintenance every 10,000 miles. Given that fact and fact that my miles will be mostly electric, I might not need an oil change for a long time. The rep was also in a closed room wearing a small mouth shield. Given the pandemic, I felt very unsafe to deal in a closed room with no mask.

My experience so far has been a good one. The sales person (Jeremy Bolstad ) has been very friendly, informative and proactive. The prices seem to be much lower than most dealerships in the area. At a glance they seem to have an huge stock of new and slightly used jeeps. My only complaint is the long wait times to sign the loan paperwork. Considering it's December 31st and there is a ton of people buying cars today I expected to wait for a while. Update 01/01/20 I added one more star because of all the hard work that the loan manager did. It was a challenge but he made it happen.

Had a great purchase experience at AutoNation Jeep Bellevue! Traded our 22 Tahoe for the new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. Special call out to Sandra Tortolero for her knowledge about the vehicle, demonstrating all of the features and making it truly a quick, simple, and straightforward purchase experience. Would highly recommend

Well I figured they keep word get the tire service light taken care of NEVER HAPPENED, I email Tyler' 1 2 3 weeks after buying car nothing no response. I just want this problem I got the car with taken care of like I was told was going to happen. 3 months later no appointment EVER FOR THIS

Great experience at the dealership! Justus is doing a phenomenal job as the new service manager. Keep him, please!!! This dealership has gone through at least SIX service managers in the 12 years that we've been purchasing multiple vehicles from them. Andrew in parts is delightful & very helpful & knowledgeable. Our service writer is Dmitri and he is excellent! He's only 24 but he's mature, professional and easy to work with. Felt well taken care of and we appreciated everything about today’s visit.

I bring my 2017 Wrangler here for service and maintenance. I dropped in yesterday on December 30th to confirm my appointment for the following week. While I was there, I asked if they could get me in last minute to install a Mopar part and do an oil change. They quickly accommodated my ask and were very helpful in completing the requested services despite not having an appointment that day. I initially worked with Jim but another gentleman handled the appointment, although I can't recall his name. Overall great experience and I plan to continue coming here for maintenance on my Jeep Wrangler.

I drove up from Arizona to pick up a used truck and I really had to rely on my salesman David Heath to be my eyes and ears on this truck. The deal was simple and straight forward and he recommended a couple of items to replace so I wouldn't have issues on the way home. Abraham in the service department really went above and beyond to fix some paperwork for the repairs so they could honor the service price agreed to. It was a great experience, very professional and great service. Truck was ready to go when I arrived and it ran perfect all the way home. Awesome place to buy your next vehicle.

Starr, Tyler, and Andrew are outstanding. Because of these three, CJD Bellevue was the best experience I have had buying or selling a car in years. Be confident that they will be more than fair in their pricing, and certain that they are honest, quality people. I will miss my Durango very much, but know that it is in great hands with them.

Car broke down and started smoking in just a few days after purchase, and it seems to be a recurring issue with this dealership if you look at the reviews. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. 5 day return policy too, so if you you get a lemon, you'll be out of luck if you don't notice the issue immediately The car was marked up $2k above the market price online, I managed to knock down a thousand and they still sold me a broken car. Car started having issues on the second day after I bought it. They said it was serviced. They claimed that the car mostly just had cosmetic issues (which turned out to mean that the entire interior was broken) which I thought wouldn't be a big deal I didn't even drive this car for a month But on the second ish day after the purchase I got "check coolant" pop up on the dashboard, which I was unable to read because the display is partially damaged too and it was hard to make out the text. The pop up would disappear in a few minutes, so I didn't get to read it the day it appeared. Today the engine began to release smoke and make nosie, I pulled over, checked under the hood, and the coolant was actively leaking I was unable to make it home,or receive roadside assistance from the dealership, because they don't pick up their phone Horrible experience overall

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jeep showroom. When we arrived, we were welcomed by an employee named Quan, who asked us to take a look at the car ourselves and assured us we’d be helped afterward, with a test drive to follow. Unfortunately, after waiting for quite some time, no one ever showed up to assist us further. Even an employee at the front desk went looking for Quan, but they never came back either. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected much better from such a reputable brand. Very disappointed with the lack of attention and professionalism.

Ignore my cautionary tale at your own peril. I sent a 2500 Ram 4x4 over to AutoNation Ram in Bellevue, WA because of a transmission malfunction. The service department recommended replacing the transmission with a rebuilt unit with 2 year warranty for roughly 4k for the unit and 3k for labor - I approved the quote. Two weeks later I got a call from a service advisor stating that the transmission is no longer available but, good news, they can get a different rebuilt transmission for 8.5k with 3k labor - reluctantly I approved the quote. When the truck was picked up we discovered that they had actually installed a USED transmission with a thirty day warranty for 9.2k and 4k labor - it gets worse. The mechanic who worked on our truck beat the heck out of our exhaust pipe (please see photos) and installed a damaged transmission pan after replacing the the transmission filter. I worked with the Service Manager Justus Strong-Rico over a 2 week period to reach an amicable solution. Mr. Strong-Rico very reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of $5k as well as repairing the components of the vehicle that were damaged (i.e., the transmission pan and exhaust system). However, once AutoNation received the truck for the scheduled warranty repairs, the drama began again. In regard to the transmission pan, the dishonest mechanic noted on the work order “I did not find any dents in the pan” (please see photos). The damaged transmission pan was then replaced with the transmission pan from our original transmission. The dishonest mechanic stated that the damage to the exhaust is purely cosmetic, and no repairs were made. Cosmetic or not, our property was damaged by this repair facility and needs to be repaired. After AutoNation decided that they were not going to repair our exhaust system, the dishonest mechanic noted on the work order "they [the hammer-marks on the caved in exhaust system component] were caused by making an attempt to separate the exhaust so transmission could be removed. I was unable to separate the exhaust and the whole exhaust had to be removed as 1 piece. Which took much more labor (customer was not charged for extra labor)." While I appreciate the sentiment, not charging us more-extra for damaging our vehicle due to negligence isn't an acceptable solution.

I am the Purchasing Manager for an Electrical Contracting business, myself and our company’s Superintendent/fleet manager went to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge and Jeep RAM in Bellevue on Monday 2/12/2024. Our reason to visit AutoNation Chrysler Dodge and Jeep RAM in Bellevue was to address two of our recently serviced service vans that went in for minor repairs and came back to us in worse condition than before, in fact one of the vans is now inoperable due to the service or lack there of it received from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge and Jeep RAM in Bellevue. We wanted to speak with the GM of the dealership, but she was not helpful at all. We gave her the email correspondence we sent to the service manager in which he still hasn’t replied to us, we also left our business card with the GM as well, and she told us to wait in the waiting room for Ivan the Service manager. After waiting for 45 minutes, we hadn’t been approached or checked on by anyone in the building. We observed that we were not going to get any help and left to go back to work. This is extremely troubling, we spent a couple thousand dollars and now have two service vans sitting in our garage out in our building not making any money for our company. We are in desperate need of getting these vans fixed.

Seriously Let Down by Chrysler Autonation Bellevue - A Warning to Future Buyers My car was purchased on January 6, 2023, for a total of 11 days until today, during which time various problems occurred. Just gotta get something off my chest – seriously let down by the service at Chrysler Autonation Bellevue. Bought my Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle Trim, and it's been nothing but a bummer. Dealing with constant malfunctions, and the sales and service teams? Total letdown. And get this, the car's quality is a joke. Advertised 30-mile range? Driving for like 10 miles after fully charged, and the battery's down 90%. Not to mention the flashing CarPlay screen and flashing lights on my dashboard. To add to the frustration – no loaner vehicle during a 3-4 day service? Come on, that's just piling it on. Chrysler Autonation Bellevue, you gotta step up – not just repairs, but some real talk and a commitment to making customers happy. This needs fixing, and it needs fixing now. If you're thinking about buying your car here, just know, you might be the next person regretting it like myself. The manager of the car shop was arrogant and irresponsible, and did not give us any reasonable explanation. He thought that all the problems occurred normally. That's amazing!

Highly recommend Shawn Bedker if you are buying a Jeep. He owns multiple Jeeps himself is is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, components/parts, maintenance, capabilities, and full range of use possibilities. We bought a used 2016 Jeep Sahara, and returned two weeks later to buy a brand new Jeep Rubicon X after falling in love with not only the used Sahara, but the Rubicon X we’d seen in the showroom the day of original purchase. It’s is extremely important to feel comfortable with the vehicle you are purchasing, and Shawn gave us that. He’s also a pretty darn personable and responsive guy to all our questions before/during/after our purchase(s) and a pleasure to work with. Great asset for this dealership to have!

I had a great experience here. I purchased a used Mercedes C class from Abtin, who was very helpful throughout my 2-3 week shopping timeline. He showed me multiple vehicles and gave honest and genuine advice to me. Overall from what I've seen this AutoNation location has pretty fair prices on used vehicles (and it's no-haggle as well). When an inspection I got done after purchase showed old brake fluid, I got a complimentary flush from the service department here as well. Got plates within a month from purchase.
