I was ready to upgrade my Q7 to a SQ7, my service manager recommended Spencer Kinghorn and when I reached out to Spencer he was incredibly responsive. Purchasing my new 2026 SQ7 was the easiest car purchase to date. Spencer was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and made the entire experience a special event. Really cannot complain about great service - from the moment I arrived unannounced, I was greeted by a manager who soon paired me with Anthony. I test drove a couple vehicles and ended up with the second choice! Seamless transaction, everyone was courteous, and continued to reach out post-sale. Thanks much! Will look to Audi Bellevue again when I’m in search of another vehicle.

Horrible experience. I bought a 2014 Range Rover sport from them used. On the Carfax, which I have pictures of and then I will attach it said that the front brake pads and the oil was changed. We got the car inspected by a mechanic after purchasing it going off the fact that the Carfax record should be legit, but they lied about the Carfax and faked it. The brakes were not changed indeed they were at the minimum of a safe driving car, in brake terms a 3 we have documentation from our inspection when we brought this up to the Salesman. He said that he thinks that the mechanic shop was lying to us about it to get a sale so we had it checked by our personal family mechanic and he had the same analysis now the car is getting service and it’s an over $1200 service. The car ran out of coolant and it was burning oil. The $1200 is just for the brakes and rotors not the other issues we have have to deal with. This has been a horrible experience and I will never recommend AUDI Bellevue to anyone ever. I will actually recommend them to stay away from this and be posting public reviews if we don’t get this fixed or reimbursed for their lies.

I had a good sales experience initially, but unfortunately my overall experience with Audi of Bellevue was disappointing. Shortly after taking delivery of my new Audi, I noticed scratches on the hood that were not pointed out during delivery. I raised the issue immediately, provided photos, and followed up multiple times. While the dealership acknowledged the concern and said it would be reviewed with management, no resolution was ever provided. Because I needed to protect the paint and avoid further damage, I ended up addressing the issue myself. Despite weeks of follow-ups, the dealership eventually stopped responding altogether. In addition, the finance experience was unpleasant. There was significant pressure to purchase extended warranties and protection packages, and Audi Care pricing was presented in a way that felt like an upsell rather than a transparent explanation. The interaction became confrontational, which was unexpected and uncomfortable—especially for a premium brand. For a dealership representing Audi, I expected better communication, professionalism, and accountability after the sale. Sales may go smoothly, but post-delivery support and the finance experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this so prospective buyers are aware that the overall customer experience may not align with what’s promised during the sales process.

This was our 2nd car purchase from Audi Bellevue and cannot speak highly enough about their team and operations. We drove up from the South Sound (passing several other Audi dealers along the way) because of the deal they gave us on both cars (trade-in and new car) and for their professionalism and integrity. Ardit, our sales associate was/is exceptional in his service, product knowledge, and integrity! Josh, the GM, was helpful and patient with us while we negotiated and he oozes integrity. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had - even better than the first purchase with them. And, as an added bonus with both the time and money we saved, my wife and I were able to enjoy a meal at our fav Bellevue restaurant!!!

Worked with Spencer to get a good price on a great car. I was surprised how consistently positive of an experience it was to work with everyone at Audi Bellevue. If you are anywhere in the Seattle area, this is the Audi dealer to go to (especially after working with Audi Seattle). They seemed to care about getting me into a car that was a good fit vs whatever was easy for them. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a good experience with Audi Bellevue this time as compared to last. They were straightforward with everything and our sales person Nabil did a good job. We had trouble with our financial company but that wasn’t their fault. As this was a pre owned Audi, however, we wished they could have change the MMI key user from the previous owner to us before we left the dealership. The codes to do so were not available to us in the paperwork or on the key fob so we had to call Audi for help.

I had a great experience at Audi Bellevue. Jereck, my brand specialist, was solid from the start. He knew his stuff, respected my time, and kept everything moving without any pressure. Spencer, the sales manager, and Benson were also great to work with. Everyone was straightforward and on the same page, which made a big difference.
