This was our first experience considering a GMC product and engaging with the Bellevue GMC dealership. We were greeted nicely upon entering and soon were connected with a salesperson who helped us look at a few models and learn more about each one. We test drove three of the vehicles - all of which were beautiful and met many of our criteria. We settled on a new GMC Acadia Denali and traded in two vehicles plus financed to make this happen. We enjoyed each person we met at the dealership - from Semy to the dealership's General Manager to the Finance Manager. There were also a couple of other team members who filled in and helped out when needed. This team operated very well and seamlessly as a unit. Nothing but high praise for this organization! Recently drove the vehicle to Portland back and are blown away by the auto driving features. I particularly like the mix of very modern electronics with physical buttons and dials. GM has nailed it with this vehicle!

Always busy in service and most times not an easy location to get around at. Cars everywhere like they have too many cars but no where to put them. Always a long wait time to get your vehicle in for service. Always a week to 2 weeks to get an appointment even for repeat warranty work. There car wash is broke so don’t plan on getting your vehicle back clean after they make a mess of it. Inside and out. Sales could have been more transparent about my deal too. They should have honored a factory rebate and instead said they gave me a free Northwest package in its place. Did not find out about this till after the sale. They also tried to pull a quick one on me at the end trying to show the tax savings as more equity on my trade. I busted them at the end and they gave me what I wanted for my trade but still. Glad the truck turned out to be a lemon. Gave me a reason to trade it for a Tundra. Couldn’t be happier.

I can’t thank Daniel Amare and his management team enough. I absolutely love my new Canyon, with no regrets. I gotta be honest, I usually despise working with dealerships and car salesman. I always feel like something is being hidden from me and no one has my best interest, which is why i prefer to work digitally before coming into the dealership. But, working with Daniel mainly via email was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I really appreciate his transparency and willingness to work with me on a huge deal. This dealership as a whole is on point. GMC can sometimes feel like an old rich white guy brand, but the guys keep it real with a honest and no-bs vibe in Bellevue. If i’m still in Washington when we get close to the end of this lease, i will definitely be coming back. Thanks again to Daniel and the team for the hook up.
