Was 2:39 when i pulled in and close at 3. No one getting oil change at all and wouldn't service my vehicle with 3 people just standing there. They are just lazy doesn't take long to do a oil change. Will not be back you just proved to me your service is horrible.

Brought my 2021 GMC Terrain in for an oil change & tire rotation. They performed a multipoint inspection and found that my cabin and engine air filters were both in need of replacement. Great service/turn around time from dropping the car off and picking the vehicle back up. Great job Kurt, Kelsey, Michael, Max and the rest of the Express Lube team!

In and out typically quick. No appointment needed. However, if you try to swing by certain times of the day might be a long line. The cost has gone up. I do realize costs are going up all over the place. However, it seems like their prices are not quite in line with competitors or at least not as in line as they used to be. And the upsells you need to be careful about, wiper blades are not difficult to install and shouldn't cost what they charge.

Cool group of dudes. Very accommodating with my truck and trailer. Immediately reported that my oil filter was loose from another lube shop and had been leaking oil and cleaned the area it was leaking and made sure to put the new filter on tight. The service adviser and the lube techs were very inviting and the price was good.

Caution Advised. I am aware of three individuals who experienced significant issues after visiting this location for an oil change. They either didn't receive oil after it was drained, or the drain plug was not properly tightened, leading to engine failures. One of these incidents involved a new truck, and despite initial resistance, Bergstrom eventually provided compensation. However, the individual faced the inconvenience of starting the vehicle purchasing process anew, with the compensation amount insufficient to acquire a new truck. Imagine purchasing a brand-new truck from a dealership, only to have an oil change result in severe engine damage due to negligence. The resulting financial burden could prevent you from affording a new replacement vehicle, leaving you with no choice but to settle for a used one. Based on past negative experiences, I will no longer patronize Bergstrom and strongly advise caution when considering their services.

Service is always fine. They should take the word express out of the name though. Do not come here if you have anything else to do the rest of the day. Two times in a row I’ve waited over 90 minutes before they even pull my car in. It’s not “express”, they take appointments and bypass you if you don’t have one. Update, upon payment I’m supposed to replace my fill plug which is stripped. Funny, because I only get my oil changed here. Guess who stripped it? Went out to finally drive away after 2 hours and my glove box is laying on the floor. Absolute clowns. Nevermind what I said about service being fine. Can’t wait to find out what else is wrong as I drive away.

We needed a new battery for our CRV. We called a location in Green Bay because it was closer. They could get us in in 2 weeks. Called a Honda dealer in Appleton next closest location. Yes, we have one for your specific car. Come in today after 12:30. We arrived on time ...oh well don't have a battery for your car maybe its on the truck check back tomorrow. We called Bergstroms Honda in Oshkosh, spoke with Tom. Yes, we have one, yes, I put your name on it, yes, today!! We arrived spoke with Tom, he had everything ready to go. Drove out of the dealership 40 minutes later with a new battery and a freshly washed car! Everyone was smiling, courteous and friendly...how refreshing!! Price was great too, less than we'd expected!

Super impressive… I called several other locations prior to speaking with Jacob at the quick lube department at this Bergstrom Chevrolet of Appleton. He said that they not only except walkins but then I would be able to get my oil changed today. I look forward to this experience 12.30.2022 update I cannot begin to express how amazing this place is. I had some specific questions regarding my vehicle and how some issues could be addressed from the errors/poor maintenance that I received from a competitor of Bergstrom. I am planning to transfer all my vehicle care, maintenance, and future vehicle purchases to the Bergstrom Chevy Dealership & Repair shop. I plan to go to this location for all oil changes! Manager, Andrew D, really needs a shout out for his stellar competence!

I thought I had gotten through all my bad experiences with this bergstrom, but I was mistaken. The Bergstrom, that sold my wife her truck, sold her the maintenance package that includes oil changes for 3 years, never honored it once. She took it here for every oil change and had to pay for every single one. They refused to refund it. They didnt say anything at the time of any oil changes but they were happy to take her money. She also saw people in front of her in line get car washes, and people behind her in line get car washes. She never received a car wash. I am happy to drive an hour away to buy a vehicle from a dealership under a different name.
