I had a flat tire and called around to several shops, but no one could get me in—until I called Matthew's Tire Shop. Everyone there was very kind and reassuring, and they fit me in the same day! They provided me two tire options and even had both options transferred from the warehouse to give me more time to decide. Even so, they still checked if my tire could be patched first, so I wouldn’t have to pay for a new tire unnecessarily. Their service is quick, honest, and professional. I highly recommend them!

My first experience with Matthew's Tire was good but not excellent. I called in for a quote on the phone while they were running their buy 3 get the 4th free tire sale. There was a miscommunication over the phone where I was told that a certain service was included in the price they quoted me, and it actually was not supposed to be included. I called in and spoke on the phone with Jason who made the situation right. He honored what I had understood over the phone, even though it wasn't supposed to be included. This is the type of service that makes one location stand out from other service shops. Good job, Jason! The customer service from Amy was not great , but I still will be a returning customer.

Matthew’s Tire on College Avenue in Appleton has been wonderful for us. We can count on them being honest and doing excellent work. Recently, my fan kept running when I shut off the car. My husband was out of town and I called to get the advice from Drew. The relay to shut off the fan wouldn’t work. The fan was draining the battery and he arranged for a tow truck to come, which ended up being after hours. Hearing the total fear in my voice, he offered to stay after hours potentially come to the house if I needed assistance. I can’t express the support he provided in what was a traumatic experience for me.

As always, I received excellent service from Matthews Tire. I recently had new tires put on two of our vehicles, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. I had stopped in a few weeks prior to get estimates, and Drew carefully explained my options and gave good reasons for suggesting the tire that he did without trying to upsell me more than I needed. When I returned to have the work done, all of the employees were extremely friendly and respectful. They offered me a ride if I didn't want to wait, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Pricing is competitive, and Matthews made sure to point out additional opportunities to save money with a rebate (they made the rebate process so easy!) and no interest financing.

I had my car towed to Matthew’s Tire at my expense because I have an Intoxilock breathalyzer that malfunctioned. They needed to clear it up and get my on my way also at my expense. They had it ready at the end of Friday and called me to picking up. I went and paid and my car wouldn’t start. I told them and they assumed something was wrong with my car. I said my car is only 4.5 years old and has a new battery. They couldn’t figure out what the problem was. * call me a competent person but wouldn’t they try to start it and see if all is operating nominal before just calling an owner for a wasted trip to find out it the car is not ready and needs to sit over the whole weekend? I was out my car for 6 days!!! Intoxilock is partly to blame but my gosh! If you are a contractor or a company and take $$ maybe you should do what you can to help the customer especially if one is most willing get get service done on a vehicle with this special variable!! Wow just saying they are not concerned about anyone. It must be said the guys that work there are clueless and have no idea what they are doing and the incompetence is astounding. Never again at either location in Appleton or Menasha. I found another contractor and they are what the should be. Thanks Matthews Tire for being so poor tha I found a good service company to regular my patronage!!! 👍

I always have my truck serviced at Mathews, they do great warranty work and even show much patience when my warranty company is not the easiest to work with. I also like their no interest on larger repairs if using the Goodyear card. Amy is awesome and very personable behind the counter as is all the service writers. Keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service! They were very knowledgeable about all of the tires that they stock, and I bought a set of 4 Goodyear's for my Lincoln. A couple of days later, I had trouble starting my car, and while I was driving over there to look at batteries, my TPMS sensor went out. They replaced the battery, and fixed the sensor, without an appointment. Their customer service is great, they're very knowledgeable about their products, and they are affordable. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for tires or repairs.
