I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Trenton and Robin at Caliber Collision! After a recent car accident, I was understandably stressed and unsure about the next steps. Trenton went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and reassuring. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers shone through every interaction. Trenton was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail and keeping me informed about my car’s repair progress. Robin was equally wonderful, helping me navigate everything. Great experience with Caliber. They fixed up my rear-ended SUV, and it's just like new. Had a couple of parts delays (not their fault) , but their customer service was great with steady communication throughout and even made sure my car was washed at a nearby spot when they were overloaded with theirs. When an unexpected accident occurred to my vehicle, Caliber got me in right away and took care of my car like it was one of their own. The twice weekly text updates kept me informed and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call informing me my car was finished and ready for pickup days before the projected date. I really felt appreciated and cared for by the staff. I’m impressed with the craftsmanship and detail put into the repair. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!

I really got a hand it to these guys. Great group of people who really put their customers first... They go the extra mile to make sure that the work is done right and that the customer is satisfied. I really appreciate Trenton.. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was explained in its entirety... He would even call me during the process. I would get text messages updating me... I was never in any sort of doubt knowing that my automobile was well taken care of.. Both times that I went to the shop I was always greeted. Very warmly... There is definitely a good mood about this place and positivity... I'm with American Family insurance and they recommended this place before any other place in Appleton.. I can definitely see why!! American Family. I've been with them for well over 20 some years... I highly recommend caliber collision in Appleton!! Kudos!! Five stars*****!!!

Overall it was so-so. Front desk - solid, great customer service. Shop didn’t properly install my front bumper on as the repair area was still sticking out some. Was told one thing after the other with what went wrong (GM stated the aftermarket front bumper was installed but the estimate sheet “determined that was a lie” - it stated OEM). He then tried to pin it to the brackets and made sure they didn’t use aftermarket ones but it wasn’t found on the final invoice. I am glad he decided to stop making excuses and found a solution. I’m due back the following week once the bracket is ordered to properly install my front bumper. This second time I’m gonna make sure nothing else is missing.

I have known Steve, the production manager, for a few years and he has helped with detailing my car for knicks, scratches, dents, etc. His service has always been above and beyond my expectations and I am a happy customer. Steve is attentive, detailed, and gives sound advice for the needs of my car. Even on a cold WI day when my tire pressures were low and the alert lights were on, he offered to fill my tires even though I was there for a different reason. I am impressed with the work I have had at Caliber Collision in Appleton-East and feel this business gives good value.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. We had a small ding in a front fender and front grill plastic that needed to be replaced. It's been 3 weeks, they painted the vehicle the wrong color TWICE. First paint job they assembled the vehicle and were going to give it to us that way. Now they said they won't be able to match the color because it's hard to match. They had the nerve to say we should be aware that they may not be able match the color of a year old vehicle. Should've taken it to the dealer in the first place.

This was how my car was given back to me. I had everything put away and hidden. Rear of Interior, as you can see, is full of dust from grinding or cutting. 3rd row seat bolt cover was left laying there. The first caliber had the same quality finish also. sadly, there are no photos to show. These photos were all from the second caliber location. The first caliber couldn't do it correctly either. It's pretty disappointing this is the quality control/check that is being done. Never going or recommended this place to anyone.

I cant believe there are still great people out there. I came in with some scratches on my headlamp thinking I'd need a whole new one( gotta love road construction) the employees at Caliber went above and beyond what I expected. I was greeted with a nice friendly smile, everyone made sure I was taken care of, even I know they were busy. Steve came out (the manager) and buffed them for me! He went so beyond what I was expecting. These employees at this shop really know how to take care of people.
