Hear me out- I’m giving 5 stars for the sales advisor I worked with through my process, Lucas Ufi. He was amazing and understanding of my situation as it was a longer buying process due to insurance. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy and confident the entire process. Now the day of purchase which was yesterday. Lucas was great!! He had everything ready to go when we got there and paper work was ready to be signed! Lucas was amazing!!! But, when it came to taking down payment the issue came about because they can’t take checks over $10,000. Understandable! BUT the new manager was a complete jerk ( in nice words). This man didn’t care about customer service he came in on a high horse in the situation and wasn’t willing to help out me and my step dad as customers at first. It took my step dad getting upset for them to “okay” the transactions. And told my step dad to go speak to the person who made the decision to change the payment policy. That man should NOT be in a management position if all he wants to do is sit and cause customers a big headache! To make matters worse, after the payment was finally taken detail managed to lock the only set of keys in the car because the car came from another location. So myself and my two kids sat at this location from 9:45am-1pm waiting on a set of keys to get the vehicle unlocked. The manager was less than worried, Lucas was nice and offered my kids and myself some lunch that was bought for the dealership that day. (Thank you again to all who helped!) long story short someone should be looking into the circus that’s being ran because from a customers point of view it was a mess when it comes to the managers who should be setting a good example. ****Star wise for managers is a fat zero.****

I just, and I mean "just" as I just got home from purchasing my vehicle 2021 Hyundai Kona from Bergstrom. I can not tell you enough how amazing it was to work through the whole process with Justin Miner. I would HIGHLY recommend working with him for your used car purchase. His response time to questions during the process was wonderful at minutes rather than hours or days. He is very personable and knowledgeable and there was no high pressure selling, just friendly and relaxed. This is my second purchase from Bergstrom and both Bergstrom and both have been great. I highly recommend Bergstrom and Justin Miner for your used car needs.

The car I received wasn’t supposed to be ready until a few days as it needed to be detailed. He pushed and was able to get it detailed so I could have it early! My wife i and I had been looking for a newer vehicle for a while now and spotted one we were interested in at this location. This was a completely pressure free environment which is exactly what I was looking for. I had a beyond terrible experience at Broadway automotive in GB so I was really hoping this would be a better experience and it completely was. We have had the vehicle for a week now and absolutely love the VW Tiguan R line we purchased. The sales associate that worked with us was Nicholas B. Wonderful service throughout the purchasing experience, like I said before, no pressure whatsoever! That’s exactly what I think everyone is looking for when they are making a big financial decision. My wife purchased her vehicle through them a handful of years ago and she enjoyed her vehicle from them. Highly highly recommend stopping in to see Nicholas or the rest of their staff for your new vehicle, we’ll be back in a couple years when it’s time to upgrade the Malibu!

Potencial used car buyers be aware that when you are browsing for your dream car through the lot after hours Bergstrom has a security white van that will closely follow you from the beginning to the end of their lot and the security employee wouldn’t even give me his name but I managed to get the license plate. Thanks Bergstrom!

I recently purchased a new 2019 from Bergstrom on Victory Lane.....I can't say enough about how helpful my sales person Zach Cook was. He was amazing. Of course, I had a tons of questions & he answered every call and every email without hesitation. He told me what my monthly price would be prior to even coming in - Which I loved! It's nice to know prior to testing driving so your not falling in love with something that is far from what you want to pay. When I finally went to test drive it everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. We also met with Steve, who is Zach's boss; very nice. He was very helpful as well. Kim in the finance department was super nice and did an excellent job explaining my financing to me. If you are looking for a car - I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Zach Cook at Bergstrom on Victory Lane. I can't say enough of how professional and nice he was to work with. I dealt with a lot of dealerships in my time and Zach did NOT treat me like I was just another sale. It's amazing to leave there feeling as if they seen me, their customer, as human being NOT a sale!

My car buying experience was the best I've ever had. I'm older and felt overwhelmed having to shop for a car. I first spoke with Marcia Dalton over the phone and she asked some questions about what I was looking for, so we set up an appointment. The car she chose for me was better than I even imagined. Turned out to be my car. She was able to answer all my questions got everything all set up it was all done in a very patient and efficient manner. questions if I had them. I would recommend Bergstrom and Marsha Dalton to anyone looking for a new or used car. And she really is the best.

Horrible experience. We test drove a car for our son. It was a little out of price range. Yes we can afford it but we are trying to teach a him value of a dollar and being responsible with money, we decided to wait and look around awhile yet understanding if it sold it sold. A few days later we seen a different car go up for sale. Leave our jobs early to take a look, our sales person was off that day, the sales person we spoke with did not want to help us at all, said there wasn’t much he could for us, the car wasn’t there and to other than let us test drive a different vehicle, I’d have to follow up with Justin. Well Justin was off for 2 days. I spoke with Justin made an appointment for a test drive. He asked when we could be there, my response we will leave at 4 and be there by 430. (Taking more time off of work) As we are pulling in the car lot, the car is pulling out by a manager from a different location! He had a customer stop in and wanted to test drive it. We hung around for over an hour and a half. Our sales associate drove down there to find out what was going on and they were working on a deal. Terrible customer service, I would totally understand if this happened at 3:59 or 4:31 but having a scheduled appointment time this horrible. And we were there 10 minutes early! I would not recommend them to anyone, they do not care about customer service/satisfaction only about the sale! They own half the dealerships in the state now so they have us all where they want us.

Bergstrom is not the same anymore. Sales rep was nice, you can tell he’s newer and did much as he can for us, employees did not want to help the newbie, always sighing every time the newbie ask someone for help. The manager working that day seems to be power tripping. Definitely feel unwelcome and looked down at.

I drove all the way from Madison to purchase this beauty! I'm incredibly satisfied with the car & the service I received. Nick B & Justin H were the absolute BEST! This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer & they made it painless & seamless for me to drive away with a reliable vehicle; leaving behind my junker that was about to fail me. It was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive! I would return in a heartbeat, but I know this vehicle will last me a long time. Bergstrom doesn't stand behind their work. They did an alternator service..didn't charge the battery..left it outside in -30..-40 below zero. Went to pick up the car and my battery was dead. It froze. Bergstrom let my battery freeze!! I had to jumpstart my OWN vehicle in their yard. Then...my battery overheated an hour from the shop.
