Front desk was impolite. I had every intention on spending 14,000 cash in a day and a half and got hung up on in the middle of a polite conversation. I called back to speak with management expressing my displeasure and got a rebuttal of "We actually have a good track record" :o Every car salesman I've spoken to in the last couple weeks has been ecstatic about my inquiries. I was not impolite nor did I deserve this kind of treatment. This place not only left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but they lost my business along with everyone I know.

After I got in a car accident, I came here to get my car fixed for mostly external damage. They worked so well with my car insurance and I to get me the best experience possible. Not only did they have my car fixed in about 4 days, but they gave me 80 dollars back from my 1k deductible, just as an act of kindness and generosity. I never asked them to do that, but they did it anyways. Thank you so MUCH elite auto works for going far and beyond for me!

A good friend of mine referred me to Elite Auto W Work, and I’m so glad he did! I called to check what the cost would be to fix my 78-year-old mother’s door (she accidentally hit a yellow parking post) and Dean the owner said don’t worry we’ll take care of her!! We brought the car in and two hours later he had it done at a very, very reasonable price!! No more leaking in when it rains! Thank you so much for caring Dean.
