Got me in last minute for something he really didn’t have to do for me. He was all booked up for over two weeks and still he made the time to get my car in. It was a slight emergency scenario. Real guys, real service and they’re upfront with pricing and what services they’re actually providing you. I also had another shop tell me I needed an alignment months ago. So I called Grishaber’s and they got it in for the alignment. They were legit and told me the other shop wasn’t being honest and that I didn’t need an alignment. They didn’t even charge me despite getting my car in and inspecting it. Great shop will go here in the future.

This was my first time visiting Grishaber's and will be my last. I had high hopes, based on the stellar reviews, but left frustrated, out $745, and with parts installed that weren't necessary. I was not taken seriously until my grandfather was involved, and even then, the issue with my car was not resolved. Although I am thankful for the loaner car, my car was kept for close to two weeks with barely any communication on what was being done. It was only after I fully paid for my car that I received an apology, which felt lacking in sincerity. Be cautious about bringing your car here.

Grishaber was very fast in their service of my vehicle. I called them on a Sunday night and received a call back the next morning right around when they opened. They were very nice and easy to work with and answered all my questions. My car sounded way louder than normal when I brought it in and by the time they had done their work on its exhaust, it sounded and still does sound quieter than I have ever heard before. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was done before noon that same day. Very reliable, quick, and reasonable people. Definitely take your car to them when you have issues and you won’t regret it.
