They don't have enough loaner vehicles for customers that need service work on their vehicles for over 2 hours.

First off, Kolosso operators aren't as welcoming as Bergstrom, but Bergstrom is definitely a true example of a 'car salesman's world'. 1) Kolosso tech did not understand what needed to be done, 2) Kolosso tech provided incorrect ($3k) info to insurance company for part that was to be replaced (and actually costs $9k), 3) Kolosso tech did not order chip but told us we had to dig it out of the unit for them and bring it in the next day, 4) Called the next day and they don't know if they can get it done. An epitome of bad service. 5) Kolosso tech called back and arranged an afternoon appointment. Not quite done yet.

Showed up for my 10:00 appointment, got the estimate done and was back on the road before 10:30! Received the email with the estimate before I got home.

Took the vehicle in for them to run a computer check on why the check engine light is on. Generally 5 to 10 minutes anywhere I've ever taken my vehicle. I sat for 2 hours before I went up and asked what exactly they were doing to the vehicle. They had no response and had to check what was going on. Turns out it is commom for it to take 2 hours to run a 5 second computer check? Would drive an extra hour to find a different dealership instead of ever going here again.
