Friendly staff, I normally do it myself but my work cruiser was 1,000 over. And honestly it’s been a while since I pulled my cabin filter. Sucker was due. Didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. Everything was put back together correctly. I’m ocd about that. And honestly it’s nice not having to do it yourself sometimes… overall good experience.

Took the wife's car in for an oil change late December. During the visit they showed me the air filter which needed to be changed. Gave them the ok to change it. Paid bill for oil change & filter. In January had to take car into local dealership for spark plug replacement. They informed me that air filter needed to be changed. I was not happy of course, long story short, I have the filter which was not replaced at jiffy lube, full of dandelion remnants. Lost my trust with jiffy lube. No longer a customer.

We were in Appleton away from home, with a low tire. We just needed some air, and the gentleman at jiffy lube went around the car and checked all four tires pressure. Also, another gentleman took the initiative and washed our front and rear windows. We offered them some cash if for nothing else ,a tip and they refused. It completely complementary service is unheard of these days and is appreciated. Especially with good etiquette and when it's below zero. Thank you jiffy lube!

I strongly advise against doing business with this location. The level of incompetence was unacceptable, and the primary focus appeared to be selling unnecessary services rather than just changing my oil as i requested. I specifically told them that my window was broken and not to roll it down. Despite this clear instruction, they rolled it down anyway, leaving me stuck in the middle of winter with a window that will not close. To make matters worse, they refused to fix the issue, take responsibility for their mistake, or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience and damage they caused. Additionally, they attempted to pressure me into purchasing a new battery. I was initially told the battery tested perfectly fine, only to be told five minutes later that it was suddenly “dead.” The battery does not have an issue. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and inconsistent information make this business untrustworthy. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

JiffyLube always seems to be honest and do a good job. At this location, however, the guy at the desk has a tattoo of two men kissing on the back of his head. Amazing that he's allowed to keep it uncovered. Pretty disgusting, won't be coming back to this location

I would rate this a five star due to the fact that they were upfront and honest with everything that was needed. I went in and got an oil change of full service, from the time I pulled into the parking lot until the time I pulled out of the parking lot. The customer service was phenomenal. They saved me a few bucks on several services that were provided. Hands-down the best location and customer service I’ve come across. Also- shout out to Brooklyn who was on pint in customer service as well. She’s the best.

Definitely going to make this my go-to for servicing. Jason runs a great and very professional shop AND the guys all really seem to enjoy working there which is pretty refreshing. While I was sitting in the lobby they even came in and talked to another customer and said, "Worst possible price for you - FREE." Apparently a bulb was just loose. No one tried to mess with him, just fixed his problem and sent him on his way with no charge. It might sound weird to say about a trip to a place like this, but I was genuinely impressed with the service and the integrity of the people working there.

The staff at Jiffy was incredibly kind. I received a oil change at a dealership and they didn’t seal the filter properly. I drove my car all day and didn’t realize the mistake that was made until the oil light came on. I immediately went to Jiffy Lube and the entire staff was so kind and accommodating. They took photos for me, gave me a new oil change and worked to clean up as much of the dripping oil on the undercarriage as they could. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend coming back to this location. Thank you to the entire staff working on 2.27 at 5 pm
