I took my car in for an oil change, and the substitute mechanic from another Quick Lube location noticed that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. The computer system was down, so he was unable to tell if they had one in stock. He asked me to all on the following business day, but the system was still down. They indicated they would call me when the system was back up. They never called. In addition, I had an oil leak from the oil change. They did another oil change and put a new gasket on the oil plug, but it still leaks. I will definitely not go to this Quick Lube again. Very incompetent and unresponsive.

I’ve been going to this location for oil changes and general maintenance on my vehicle for years. I am much happier with the new management and the way the staff conducts business. Chris, Adam and all of the team members I’ve had the opportunity to work with have been extraordinarily polite, personable and an overall pleasure with whom to do business. They’re extremely knowledgeable, but are also resourceful when they need to be. Great deals, no hi-balling, plain English about mechanics that the layperson can understand, and best of all: an honest, hard-working crew who have every customer’s best interest in mind. I can’t thank you guys enough for the years of your service. You’ll always have me as a customer, and I’ll always recommend you to anyone I know! Keep being awesome!

For honest and reliable vehicle service, this is the place! I trust them completely for oil changes and any questions about my car. They also go above and beyond for their customers. One time I needed a new battery and was leaving the next day on a long road trip and he went out of his way to get the battery I needed. I have been going there ever since. My one suggestion is that the property next door consider trimming their arborvitae trees to improve sign visibility from Northland. I always drive past it and have to make a u-turn to find it

Helpful guys, I pulled up and within 5 minutes he had my battery tested and within another 15 had it replaced. He even helped me get the best deal and plugged in a device so my car wouldn’t lose power and presets would be saved. He helped me try to diagnose a larger issue and recommended a shop.
