Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I paid for the $26.99 cleaning. I can't say they vacuumed the space; the floors were clearly ignored. I came home and vacuumed it out myself. A portion of the dashboard and console area wasn't cleaned either. Also, because I have an SUV they charged an extra $1 at the register. The guy who checked me in could have shared this information when I told him what service I wanted. I have no problem paying the extra dollar, but they should be forth coming about it. I would not go back. I'll go down the road and pay $5 for the outside and clean the inside myself. That way I know at least it was cleaned. Never again. Rest assured, I'll be sharing my disappointment with others.

My car is still dirty some of the trash was not removed or it wasnt vacuumed in cup holders or door handles 47$ is not a good price for my car not to be cleaned 😒 dose smell nice l

It's one of the best in town. Long tunnel lets your vehicle soak longer and will be cleaner at the end. Prices are comparable to other carwashes. If you're in a hurry, use the express lane, even when it's busy. You're out in under 10min. Highly recommend them.

Went to get a Manger special wash for $37.99 and for the price I couldn't even get a decent vacuuming job done from them. Ended up having to take my car around to the free vac and got what they just didn't take the time to get. At the time I went (8:47am) they were not busym So I don't understand why it was so rushed (approximately 20mins) and easy vacuuming was missing. For $40 I won't be back

Yesterday was my first time taking a vehicle to PDQ to be cleaned. I was highly disappointed. I paid for the highest level cleaning interior and exterior costing almost $60. When I came out to my vehicle, the back of my vehicle was never touched. There was still dirt EVERYWHERE. Nothing was wiped down. They even missed some windows. It looked like they literally only took my rubber mats out and sprayed with only water because there is still dirt stained and put them back in soaking wet and ran it through the car wash. Waste of money and never using PDQ again.

Paid almost $50 for interior and exterior. The seats and center console weren’t vacuumed off or wiped down. Had to go to their vacuums outside and wipe down myself. Took only 5 min to get right. On top of that paid for dash conditioner which was not applied.

Paid for the mgr special and they did not clean the inside. I asked them to specifically vacuum the hatch area and they didn't, also didn't do the 2nd row carpet or the passenger front. My windows on the inside were not done very well along with missing the dash. When u pay for all this and don't get it!

Took my car for a wash. Paid for inside and outside cleaning. The outside was okay (done through a actual automatic car wash system) ... The inside wasn't cleaned at all. Pics attached AFTER the carwash

Poor quality service, they charge ridiculous amount and end up not delivering. I only came here today because Clean waters where l go in Appleton is closed. Never gonna come back here ever again.

I have been going to this car wash since I moved to Appleton over five years ago overall, it was quite expensive, but typically good service. That is why I was so disappointed today on Friday, June 27. I went through the full service car wash with my brand new 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee the next time I got in my car there was a boat a 1 inch gas on the right side of the back end of my car. This could have only happened at PDQ Northland because that was the last place that I was at. I keep my car in the garage and very rarely drive it. I went to get a quote from my dealership, which was an excess of $1300. I took the quote to see the manager at PDQ named Brendan Smith from the gecko. He was denying denying denying even though in the videos he showed me clearly showed that there was no gash as my vehicle entered the car wash. And the video he showed me, jumped around, so it wasn’t a clear view of every moment within the car wash he called me and said his boss at corporate, left it in his court to make the call and he would not acknowledge that this damage occurred in his car wash however agreed to pay half of the damage! If The car wash is not to blame. Why on earth would they offer to pay half??? This is very upsetting first off a brand new car being damaged in their car wash and second off his blatant refusal to acknowledge which is clearly obvious PDQ on Northland Avenue damaged my vehicle. I attached a few photos. It may not look like much but when you pay almost $60,000 for a vehicle, which is not the norm for me it was something special that I was able to do myself as I’m older and have always driven older vehicles. Don’t trust this car wash

Went there yesterday for an oil change and car wash. The oil change was great, as usual. Tarek did a great job vacuuming my truck out with all the husky hair. Outside was fine but the inside was not touched. Inside windshields were both dirty, dash was dusty, and cup holders weren't even touched. Door frames wasn't wiped down. Only good thing was the vacuum job. Normally never have an issue here. Been our go to for a while but the boys last night didn't do so well.

Love the quick oil change but the quality of the clean is not great at all; doesnt appear like they wiped down anything on the interior of the doors or even vacuumed the seats. Not worth the money if you ask me.

$56 for the extreme shine full service car is insane! $43, is high as it is, but then they ask you if you'd like your floor mats cleaned too. Well duuh, those should be included in a "full sevice" wash. $2.50 EXTRA PER FLOOR MAT! What a joke. Not to mention the tire shine they use. Doesn't shine one bit. Also the lack of care when it comes to vacuuming and cleaning the interior. There's alot missed and barely looked like it was touched. What a waste of time and money. Don't bother coming here. Better off doing it yourself. Wish I could get back the damn near $60 I spent for this mediocre service.

Save your money 💰 Unfortunately most full service car wash facilities that exist are not properly or adequately performing on the level that they are capable of. This place might be okay for the occasional quick wash and rinse, but in life if people don't know no better, how can they possibly do any better? Very disappointing 😢

Got the most expensive pkg cuz I wanted to pamper myself n have a nice clean truck. This is how it looked after. Looks like They didn’t even vacuum or wipe anything down. When I asked about the floor mats; that is apparently extra. Which shouldn’t be when ur already spending 50.00. I was so mad and disappointed. I could have done a better job for heck of a lot cheaper. Also the outside still had dirt on the truck as well. I will never go back. These r just SOME of the pictures.

Haven’t been very impressed as of late with this location. I frequent it because it is touchless and they spray the vehicle down before entering. Recently there was an older gentleman who barely took the time to spray my truck. Totally ignoring the wheel wells, and I was already moving into the wash before he even got over to the passenger side of the vehicle. Not every employee is this way. Sometimes you’ll get someone who truly cares and will do a good job but it’s hit or miss. I could understand this a little more if it was crazy busy. But it wasn’t.

Pdq, could you please enlighten me why my wife had to pay you guys 50 bucks for quality of work? This is embarrassing and a total waste of money and time. You're telling me 50 bucks gets you an entire vehicle wiped own with a moist towelette? Oh thats the mats are clean but everything else surrounding it isn't, trunk not even touched, seats not touched. What is this garbage service and quality. Never again. Heard of quality checks? Poor management and poor quality of service.
