the brakes needed some fixing. Some things were missed the first time i went through leading to some interesting complications. They seem to fixed the problem at first but it’s making the same noises if not worse noises then it was before all over again and just kind of sick of this. I think I’ll just buy the parts and do it myself so it’s done right

Realized my driver’s side windshield wiper wasn’t working properly right before we were getting winter weather and needed it looked at quickly. Van Zeeland’s was recommended to me and they definitely lived up to the review I had received! I stopped by after work and they were luckily able to take it back right away and fix the wiper. Was my first time there but I will definitely be back! The customer service was excellent.

Jeremy and crew got us taken care of on Black Friday when others were up charging and/or saying they couldn’t help. We dropped off 4 tires & rims to be mounted and balanced and not only were they fast, but also ended up being the most cost effective. Casaloma Discount Tire quoted $320 (extremely high), Calumet Discount Tire quoted $179, Matthew’s didn’t call us back.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Just got back from the vacation trip and was having shaking and vibration. Was able to get me in right away. Took for a test drive come to find out it was just needing new tires, had tires in stock worked with me and completed the job and under an hour. Amazing service and would recommend Van Zeeland's Auto Care Center. Thank you for great service!!!!

Went in for a transmission issue. They quickly diagnosed it and got it to my warranty company to get repairs approved. Warranty company was extremely slow but not Van Zeelands fault. Only suggestion for improvement would be to be a little bit more proactive with communication along the way with the process and where we were in that process, but very minor issue and more of a preference.

After arriving in Appleton from out of town, we found ourselves in a restaurant parking lot with a big puddle of radiator coolant on the ground. It was around 12:30pm we were meeting friends and were quite hungry. After sitting down and ordering we first called the local Jeep dealership who told us they were totally booked for the day. Since we hoped to travel home the same day, we called Van Zeeland's on Northland Ave in Appleton who told us we could bring it right in. Fortunately it was very close. We dropped off our vehicle at their shop and our friends chauffeured us to our appointments. Van Zeeland's called us with the bad news. We needed a new radiator. They said they could get it quickly and get right on the repair. We approved everything but really had no hope of the work being completed on the same day. To our surprise, they called us around 4:30 to say that they put 2 people on the job and it was all complete! Nice job Van Zeeland's!

This has got to be the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto body repair shop. They kept me posted regularly as to how the progress was coming along, and when they were able to foresee a slight delay, they gave me several days of advance notice to discuss options. The quality of workmanship was fantastic. That looks the same as it did when it was brand new.

I started going to Van Zeeland’s Auto on Northland about 3 years ago. What a difference! Wayne and the group at VZ on Northland Av are awesome to work with. They are so accommodating and willing to rearrange schedules if I have an emergency. They are very honest and have never recommended anything that was not warranted. I have a high degree of confidence in them and I will never take my car anywhere else.

Brought my car in for a few minor things, it's a 10 year old car so they found some other issues. Not like other mechanics where they try to hound you for other stuff not needed. They even text you a link to your inspection with PICTURES of the problems. I had them fix most of the problems. There was a discrepancy on the price after talking to two different people. They made it completely right, did me a solid and worked with me on the total price. You don't get service like that anymore, anywhere. I worked with Wayne and Jeremy. I will be bringing all of my future cars back to these guys. In a world turning to garbage where people are lazy, service sucks and people only look out for themselves, Wayne and Jeremy at van zeeland are the exact opposite. Reminds me of the good old days.

One of our tires seemed to be leaking air - we had filled the tires since we thought it might be due to the cold but one of the tires was low again the next day so we filled it daily over the weekend. I searched tire repair near me and I decided to reach out to Van Zeeland's on Northland Ave. since it was close by and based on the reviews (a few reviewers noted similar issues and they had a positive experience) on Monday. I called and spoke with Wayne and he said I could stop by that afternoon and they'd take a look at it for me. Unfortunately, there was a small cut on the side of the tire in a location that wasn't repairable. He recommended new tires since all tire treads were low, explained the warranty, etc. I wasn't able to get it done that day due to my schedule but he was very easy to work with and we were able to get the car in a couple days later. The whole process went well! Wayne was friendly and helpful and we really appreciated his willingness to work with us and our schedule. They even replaced light bulbs since they noticed there was a dashboard light on. We're glad we chose Van Zeeland's and we'll be returning customers! Thank you to Wayne and his team!

I was on my way to a conference last week and had my transmission go out about 10 miles out of town. I called around to shops in the area that had reasonable reviews and looked like the type of shop I would like to take my vehicle to. This was the second call I made, and they were very friendly and helpful from the start. Being from out of town, with a blown transmission, and a bit of a deadline for when I was hoping to head home after the conference, it was a situation that a less honest shop could take advantage of. I'm happy to report that the team here was nothing but professional throughout. They treated me more than fairly and did phenomenal work! I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

I had the most unexpected amazing experience with Rob. I was on my was home from work and I ran over something on the highway and blew out my two tires. I was able to park my car at a gas station right next to Van Zeelands! Not only did Rob walk with me to go access my vehicle he jumped thru hoops and went above and beyond to avoid me having to pay towing fees for 400 feet of travel. He was very polite and explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Quoted me a price before even beginning labor on it and the price stayed consistent right until the end. Fair, honest and highly respectful. Females often feel out of their element in car shops. But the employees here make you feel valued and heard. I actually cancelled my other appointment for my oil change at my dealership and had them proceed with it there for a far better price! Hope they are ready to see my face A LOT more for this vehicle and my other vehicle’s needs!
