My experience with Bergstrom Body Shop was exceptional from start to finish. Patrick wrote up the estimate of damage to my vehicle and kept me informed with updates on the work being done. The Body Shop did a stellar job! Lyssa was also wonderful to work with as to going through and explaining the necessary paperwork that needed to be filled out.

My car has had the luxury of being his three times while parked in a parking stall. Every time I have taken it to Bergstrom Auto Body for repair. They have always been very professional. This time stood out. My main contact was Eric Moore. I appreciated that I could text him to get updates on my car. He was witty and funny and made a crappy situation not so bad. I brought my car back the day after it was repaired because I was hearing a whooshing noise. I just stopped in no appointment as I had the day off. In 20 minutes they diagnosed that my heat shield had rusted through(my car is 11 years old), in 10 minutes they replaced the part and I was on my way. They could have just said well take it to a repair shop but they didn't and I greatly appreciated the unexpected time taken out from their day to help me.

I would recommend Bergstrom victory Lane body shop the day of my accident Lyssa was so awesome to work with. I was upset and sore, and in shock as to what happened and did not know how I was going to get home as everyone worked the same hours however they were so kind and we’re going to give me a ride home if I could not find someone. They also worked with me to get a rental vehicle and worked with me so that it would fit in my budget. Lyssa and Patrick were so good to work with and they were very caring and kind! I’ve worked with Lyssa in the past for other body work such as deer vs vehicle and they have always been so kind. Lyssa has been wonderful to work with and is so caring! She deserves a huge Kuddo! Love all the kind customer service they have given us with all our vehicles! I just love the staff at the victory Lane body shop! They also did great work on my vehicles, When I picked up my jeep, it was like the accident never happened. They did great work.Thank you for everything.

Vehicle was dropped off since September 8th. The pick up date has been pushed back a second time as of today. Was told they are waiting on parts which can take up an additional 5 days. This experience thus far is beyond frustrating. Makes you question what was being worked on for the past 15 days and why now there’s suddenly a delay with getting the parts in. Shouldn’t they have been placed on order once they knew what was needed? …I cannot express enough how unpleasant and frustrating this has been.

I can't say enough good things about this body shop! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. The team here clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. I worked closely with Zaq & Lexi and they made sure i knew exactly what was happening with my car. I brought my car in after two deer whacked the side of my car and when I got it back, it looked brand new. The paint was flawlessly matched, the panels were perfectly aligned, and not a single sign of damage remained. What really impressed me was the communication—clear updates throughout the process, realistic timelines, and zero surprise charges. Zaq and Technician Jason walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with the repairs. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship, fair prices, and a team that truly cares about doing things right, this is the shop to go to. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Though the body repair was excellent, the wait time was a week longer than estimated. Not much communication from their end and had to call multiple times. After reviewing our dash cam footage, we saw that they did a lot of test driving miles on our EV and could have charged it at least back to where it was when we brought it in.

As a very happy customer, I am pleased to provide a wonderful recommendation for this business. The five stars I give them represents their professionalism, customer service, perfection in repair, very responsive, and trustworthy. From day one of having my vehicle towed into this shop due to an accident, Julie Jenett made me feel welcomed and at ease. Never once did I ever wonder what stage of repair my vehicle was in because she always kept me up to date. This was so extremely helpful especially dealing with a car rental and insurance. Her professionalism and customer service goes beyond what I have ever experienced. As for the repair of my vehicle, Bergstrom has the best technicians. You can trust that your vehicle in the best hands for repair. As the pictures prove below, this shop really knows what they are doing. I have to give a huge shout out to Mason Bertrand. When I walked into the shop the first time I was full of frustration. I pulled into the garage and Mason walked toward me. In all honesty, my first thought was " oh no I have to deal with a young man". I could not have learned a bigger lesson. I can honestly say at the age of 55 I have not ever had better customer service. Not only is he respectful to the customer but he is also kind and has excellent follow through. When he says he's going to do something he does and he follows through and communicates back to the customer in the fashion that he told me he would. He is an active listener and asks the right questions. He listens well and he hears the customer. I had a very atypical scenario while working with insurance. Mason did not dump it back on me rather he took the next steps for me and told me along the way what he was doing and that he would take care of it. Kudos to you Mason! As a Nurse Practitioner I work with customer service and I feel like I learned a lot from my experience of working with you. Thank you so much your people skills are unsurpassed.

The roof gutters on my white 2022 Nissan frontier SV 4x4 Started cracking where the adhesive that covers the welds started shrinking and cracking in the paint. The vehicle had less than 36,000 miles and was under the three-year warranty so Nissan paid for the repair and repaint. The repair is perfect, both sides are smooth as glass and the sealant used looks better than the original. I am very happy with the work performed, and the timeliness of the repair. Pictures showed before and after of both sides of the roof gutters.

Had battery and fuse problems. Had to have the car towed to Bergstrom Victory Lane location. Talked to Ryan in Service. Good communication at first. Then all text from there. I was ok with it. But after extra hours to diagnose the problem, had it repaired, then wanted to diagnose it further. We said no. Brought it home. Had some problems, the new battery we tried from the start was faulty, replaced it, works great. When we picked the car up from Bergstrom, had to pay via text, they added a %, to the charge you HAD to put on your credit card. At time of pick up, they did not even have the panels put back in place. Screws and panel laying there. Also, left the vehicle with dirty footprints. We are thinking about buying a new or slightly used VW, because I love how this vehicle rides. Choice now, different dealership.
