Our car wouldn't start in the parking lot at the grocery store. I called our roadside assistance and they sent A&W Towing. Zach arrived very soon and determined that it was our battery. He jump started the car and then followed me back to their shop. At the shop, Zach helped to swap out our battery and clear the check engine light. We paid for the battery and then we're back on the road when I got a call from A&W saying that I had paid too much for the battery and that they would refund the difference. We never would have known and they could have kept the overpayment. They are definitely a business that operates at a high level of honesty and integrity, with excellent customer service and courtesy. Zach was a true blessing from God how he helped us to get back on the road.

these guys charged my dealership $500 for a tow a block away, they smashed the entire y pipe and scrapped the whole front of the frame so badly they had to of knew they were doing extensive damage to the car and didn't care. Me nor the dealerships around me will be doing business with these guys. Very unprofessional. CALL EXPERT TOWING OR BOBS FOR PROFESSIONALS AT A REASONABLE PRICE!

Towed my vehicle from a dealership, damaged both the lip and front bumper. I took pictures before the tow and also have a video of my front end from the dealership diagnostic being in great condition before Tyler towed it. I asked if there was someone who could help relieve the situation and was told “good luck proving it” I then asked for an insurance card and was told to call the office. I have called the office and nobody has answered. EDIT*** I spoke with I believe Jason and the issue was resolved immediately. The lip is being replaced and things are made right. I do appreciate them correcting the problem very quickly. I understand accidents happen and they do too. I was quick to write a bad review before giving a chance to call back and correct the problem. I appreciate A&W for making things right.

I can’t recommend Jason and his team at A&W Towing enough! They’re a local, small business that truly cares about their customers. They go above and beyond to help, and you can trust them 100% to be honest. When you talk to them, it’s clear they genuinely care, and they won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Bonus: Most days, their three energetic and sweet poodles are there as the greeting team! We have been using A&W Towing for many years. We even moved away for a while and came back to the area and went right back to A&W Towing. We were even using A&W before the current owner. The current owner had towed our vehicle and was very kind to us. He always does a great job and he is fair with his prices! He has fixed so many different things on different vehicles of ours. He has even replaced a motor in one of my cars.
