Service was incredible. Dropped car off at 8 am. Went to work. By 9 30 am, had my estimate. Digitally signed permission. Work was done by 2 pm. Picked up car at my 3 pm break Oil change, tire rotation, power steering leak, exhaust leak, all fixed. Amazing

Was told by another place that I needed front brakes ($450 repair). Scheduled w Tuffy’s and with car up on the rack they easily could have done the job and charged me but instead let me know my brakes still have 70% life and so no charge. Thank you to Matt and his guys at the Tuffy on the East side of Appleton. We recently took our Gmc Terrain in and had our breaks replaced, we also had our transfer case replaced. Had an oil leak on our Ford Escape. Brought it to Tuffys and they found the source on the same day. They also found a leak in a CV boot. They said it'd be fixed by the end of the next day. They had it finished early by mid-day of the next day. The price they quoted was accurate, service was quick and professionally done. Owner is easy to talk to and insists on fixing things the right way. My son had his car repaired there a couple weeks prior and had the same good experience. I highly recommend Tuffys for auto repair. I've been going there for years and always felt confident about the repairs.

Had me in and out in less than an hour from my appointment. Good personalities - we talked the whole time my car was being worked on. Looking for an honest mechanic? These guys are your answer. Where in this world will anybody ever do anything for free? My check engine light was on and I heard some noise from my breaks so I brought in my car for diagnostics. Turns out my gas cap was loose. They cleared the check engine light and said that my brakes still had up 50% life. Would believe it if I told you that he didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee? This was my second visit to this place and I surely won’t be taking my car anywhere else. And Matt even let me use their service car. Thank you good sir for being an exemplary human being.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick (2 days). I had all brakes and rotors changed (2 axles) on a camry se 2021. Full cost was 822$, which was much less than expected. When I used the brakes after, they made a weird noise. I went back and they fixed it in under 30 minutes, they even test drove with me so that I could show them the noise. I also got to see my old parts (rotors were very rusty and front brakes were metal on metal). They also, as a side note, recommend that I should replace my tires, as all of them are fully different brands (which was true). I highly recommend them 👍
