Received high estimates at other repair shops. Brought my vehicle here once for an AC repair that was quoted at 2500 bucks at another place only to turn out to be less than 200 for a valve that needed to be replaced. And another serpentine belt and pulley replacement. Less than 400 bucks. This repair shop is awesome and I highly recommend them!!!!!

I needed a diagnostic for my truck and I am glad we went there,very honest and fair for the job they accomplished. I’m glad of the work and communication I have with them. P.s.My wife was driving the truck to the shop and forgot her purse in the truck for the time that they performed the work and when we picked the truck nothing was stolen or missing. This shop is the best! Have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Gary always takes the time to explain things, he has gone out of his way to save me money on repairs if there is a less expensive way to get the job done, and he always gets back to me right away. Mel is equally amazing and knowledgeable. I've never had a problem with a repair. The rest of the staff are all courteous, professional and conscientious about the vehicles in their care. I won't go anywhere else!

I’ve been going here for 3 years and I have to say. They have been great. They have been Transparent, helpful; because I’m a trucker sometimes I couldn’t make it, but they never shamed me. They keep themselves accountable. The price is right for the job they do.

Worst place for any services price to high thinking they're dealers and cheap oil for oil change, they tell you it's an easy fix and give you a fair price, then they call you, car all fix go up to pick it up they say we had trouble with it now the price is double cause Mechanic ran to some complications after they said it was a easy fix. They could have called and said we thought it was an easy fix, but its not would you like use to go forward. Communication is the key to a successful business. I would not recommend this place to no one worst experience ever.

This is the spot where I bring my 81' Malibu anytime I can't do work or figure something out myself. They've tightened up my loose steering figured out why my car was dripping oil and had my rear main seal redone after the engine started leaking again as well as got my down shift cable housing redone after a patch job broke (put there by the previous owner of my car not this shop). The guy who works on my car usually gives me a good rundown on what was wrong with my car and also gives me a heads up on the cost b4 they do anything major and I always tell em to go ahead as I have full faith in their abilities and services.

Gary and Mel and the rest of the guys are the best mechanics in the area. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve been working on my vehicles and my truck and my daughter and son’s cars for years. The transmission in my 2017 Explorer stumbled when shifting and the Ford local dealer wanted 5k to replace it. Berkshire Auto and Truck preformed a transmission service for SUBSTANTIALLY less. The shifting was significantly better when I picked it up and now after driving for just a couple of days the shutter is GONE. A big thank you to Mel, Gary and all the techs working there.

For so many years, Gary has taken care of me, quickly and completely. I remember one snowy day when I was on the highway; heard an odd sound near the tires. Thought I shouldn't wait to take care of things like I often do. I called Gary; he told me to come on over and he'd take it for a quick ride. He told me that snow was gathering under the tires, nothing to be concerned about. The cost? He just said no cost, wanted to help me be safe.

I had to share my experience; everyone needs to know I found a shop with reliable, and honest mechanics .. the bad news i got 2xs from other shops were the same however they were not able to do that kind of job.. so 3 weeks go by and i finally get into an appt. Set w/ Gary he takes it for a ride and stated its $100/hr. I agreed, left the car the next morning and by 9 i had a diagnostic; the vehicle was taken to a transmission spot and it's an expensive job... all of that for $50. They knew I had a Pos And still treated me kindly... i appreciate that.
