Great service! They truly look out for the best interest of their customers. I will be visiting them again for future tire needs. I had a slight issue with a bad tire that was purchased and Javier took great care of the situation. Took my 2005 Chevy Malibu here recently for an exhaust repair after a bad experience with another area shop and the service I received from start to finish was excellent- Far and away the best experience I have ever had dealing with an auto shop. Javie was honest and professional in explaining the repair that was needed and completed to my vehicle and I'll definitely be bringing it back for all of it's service needs in the future and recommending them to my friends. I don’t often write reviews for anything. But my recent experience with Best Wheels in Lehigh Acres is definitely something I would like to share. I’ve previously have taking my car to numerous auto-repair shops, and each and every one was telling me a different diagnostics. So a family member suggest that I go to Best Wheels shop in Lehigh Acres. From the moment I walked in through the doors, I realized how clean and organize the facility was and how professionalism was exhibited throughout this company. After a few seconds a gentleman came over to me immediately he introduced himself to me, his name is Javier whom I notice carried himself as a professional as well courteous. I explained my horror stories that I’ve endure with the other auto shops that I've visited. Javier immediately took charge of the situation by not only resolving my issue, but I felt comfortable with his honesty and I appreciate everything he did for my car. My car is running better than ever and I am so grateful for the service and the respect I received. As a single female many mechanics and auto parts places in the area have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in auto care, or at least attempted to. My neighbor told me that Javier was a solid, fair and reliable mechanic. I am so glad I followed his advice! Meeting Javier and fixing my car issue was actually a pleasure instead of a pain. He is one of the most honest people and business owners I have encountered in the area. Even AutoZone had tried to steer me wrong as to what my car needed to be repaired. I would recommend this business to anyone, whatever your car needs may be as his honesty and reasonable pricing was consistent with the recommendation made to me. Great work by the owner and his right hand man Tito. The owner has very good knowledge with cars and you can tell you know what he is doing and especially his workers. You tell him your problem with your car or what you want and he will give you a solution.My Honda civic was over heating and my engine was soon to blow. The owner made sure my car was ready and was working well before handing it back to me. Especially giving props to Tito for putting all that time and energy into making sure my car was stable and running good for me to be able to drive it safe . Highly recommend this place for anyone that’s seeking parts or needs to fix their car. They won’t let you down I promise!! Btw there is a cute dog that greets you and welcomes you when you walk in the store :)

Javier is awesome. I have been doing business with him for nearly 10 years. It started when purchasing tires for my vehicles and I quickly felt that he was honest and knowledgeable about the products he sold and service he provided. I started doing upgrades to my Shelby GT500 and had Javier and his guys help in selecting wheels and later axle-back exhausts and was highly satisfied with the outcome. Then came the test. About a year ago it became evident that the beast was going to need a new clutch. It had always been a difficult car to drive but when it started to slip, I knew it was time. Not everyone can or will work on manual transmissions any more but I finally put the car in his hands and am glad I did. It took longer than first thought as Javier experienced a series of medical crises, setbacks, procedures and hospital stays over a few months that would challenge anyone. But he maintained his positive outlook and caring nature and with the help of his crew delivered what feels like a completely new car. It is a pleasure and a thrill to put her through her paces and finally drive her like she was meant to be driven. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks Best Wheels! I’ll be back.

I will never go to another tire place again, im a customer for life. I got to meet the owner Javier; love him. Down to earth. The whole crew is just amazing. And they don’t nickle and dime you. Moved to Fort myers about 9 months ago from Orlando. Always modifying vehicles, I know a lot of trust worthy people in Orlando to work on my cars. After searching the entire internet for possibilities to find rare tires for my 2018 Porshe 718.. I came across BEST WHEELS in Lehigh Acres.. I had the pleasure to speak to the owner Javier.. explained my situation. “I couldn’t drive my vehicle I was stuck at home after returning from Canada and that I only had limited time before I had to leave back to Canada for work that I needed my car” he found tires that everyone said that it’s was impossible.. this shop shipped the tires from Ft. Lauderdale the same day.. sent his right hand man Tito to my house .. switched out the tires balance the wheels.. in one shot.. best service I’ve ever had period in any capacity.. no money upfront.. just honest work for a honest pay.. I had 2 key lug nuts that were screwed in too tight and couldn’t get them out. VW of ft Myers wouldn’t touch the car bc of aftermarket wheels and VW of Naples tried and stripped their key, no other shop could or would help. BEST WHEELS on the other hand, Javier the owner told me to bring the car in and he already knew that those specific lug nuts on my VW have sleeves so regular socket that usually does the job won’t work. He gave me a reasonable price for work which I agreed. When these guys completed the job and even installed the 4 tires I had in my back seat he told me that same price including the tire installation. I offered extra bc of all the work they put in he refused. I am very happy with the work they did and I appreciate these guys’ help, especially when no other shop could help. Again, thank you Javier, Tito and Isaac. Definitely will be going back for help and maintenance.

The guys at Best Wheels are awesome! I took my new truck to them for a 6 inch lift, wheels and tires. I knew exactly what I wanted as far as the kit, wheels and tires. Javi sent me progress photos during the build. Once it was complete I was beyond words. I've had lifted trucks before but this one was my own idea and input. They made it happen. Javi and his team did an outstanding job, and highly recommend him if your shopping for new wheels, tires, lift's, lower's, etc. The shop will set you up right!

Javier and the team at Best Wheels are amazing! From the time I called in, until I showed up at his store on a Saturday. Javier took his time with me, helped me choose the correct lift package, wheels and tires. He was VERY knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I had to travel out of town the week of installation of the equipment and he'd texted me photos of my truck during the entire installation process: How Cool is That!!! Anyways, the results are in the photo, I love the look of my new truck! Javier delivered everything promised, on time and done is a very professionally manner.
