I highly recommend and can’t praise Beverly Auto Body shop enough! The owner Makino-San and staff are truly a gem and are the “Takumi” (Having great skill or expertise in a particular activity or field) in the auto body repair business. I took in my 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited for body work, after a careless neighbor decided to kick open a heavy iron-rod gate. And sure enough, it landed on the rear-side of my big girl… an expensive mistake that they will reimburse me for. I expressed my concerns with Makino-san that I need an entirely new liftgate. And I do not want it fixed with Bondo (body filler and resin) and painted over. Makino-san (being a car guy himself) knew what to do and he said with a calm reassuring tone “I will order a new door for you and take care of it. I will call you with any updates and when its ready to pick up.” Pick-up day finally arrived! and I was very impressed with the work his crew did! I honestly can’t tell from the new paint on the liftgate to the rest of the existing body panels. My color is called “Predawn Grey Mica” and has metallic flakes in the paint. The craftsmanship is seamless, and I award bonus points for detailing the interior and exterior of my Sienna! My Yota literally looks brand new again from the dealership! Top-notch, Top-shelf type of work! And they are honest with fair prices! I now know where to confidently recommend friends and family to when they are looking to hire a shop for their auto body needs. I try to support local businesses that are close to home and I hope this review helps prospects hire this shop for ANY body work and wish them continued success. Domo arigatou gozaimasu Makino-sama and staff!!
