They are always so knowledgeable. When I don't understand their mechanical terms, I ask them 'in dummy terms please' and they tell me in ways I understand instead of looking at me annoyingly like most shops 😁 and they're super fast to get the job done as great as they should as well. This time I visited to get a quote on my brakes. The quote was through and an estimation was given. Now we are deciding on which of the two, meaning the other company's estimation will work for us. Robert I believe was his name, the customer service representative was very profession in his assessment of the car.

Do not go here if you are just passing through Longview. I don't know if it was because we just had emergency problems and had to pull off, but they attempted to charge us 400$ to fix one cylinder coil and a spark plug. This is 30$ in parts and took 5 minutes to put in. This is the biggest rip off in the state of Texas. I hope they treat their consistent customers better than they treated us.

Went in for an oil change and was told my control arms were messed up and I need my rear shocks replaced, and was put with a $1400 bill, funny thing is they did the same thing to me 2 years prior with my Malibu and I paid it because my was vibrating like crazy after. This time I thought it was fishy and took it to a professional in Carthage Texas called Monroe Brothers and none of those parts were messed up at all!!! Just needed an alignment, STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST, not saying they can’t perform an oil change but BEWARE!

In all honesty to me this is the best car shop in town in terms of getting repairs and car work done (overall). Theres other places for better prices for tires, and repairs, but this place usually always gets it right for a fair competitive price. They don't cheat you or strong arm you into doing x or y, but give you the options of what they can do and what they recommend based off examining the car. Because they are a brand store they can get the odd part from other locations to bring it to their shop so you can get the job done that day (though it may take a good few hours or a afternoon) instead of having to come back in x days to order the part like other places. They found problems on my car/trucks and when they fixed them those problems I felt while driving went away. Sounds obvious, but many places I go (especially dealerships) always "fix" something but the problem is still there which leads to having to spend more to get the job actually done. They also don't seem to skimp out on doing the work properly. That all said will you get the best prices around here? Maybe not, but they will be fair and fix your problem. Also do feel their new tire prices are a bit to high especially if your not adverse to just buying tires online. I only recommend the Mobberly location as well, since I haven't tried the others and have no plans to as I like this place just fine.

I had a blowout and called several places looking for tires at a decent price. I came across Big 5 on the web and the website showed that they carried some tires I was interested in and also at the click of a button gave me a instant quote. The entire staff there is awesome! From the front salesman Israel to the Manager Roberto, even to the gentleman in the shop working hard and finishing the work in a timely manner. Great environment and hands down the most reasonable prices in Longview, after getting different quotes around town. (Bring them your quote I'm sure they will BEAT IT) These guys know what they're are doing! Most places just want your money, these gentleman sincerely help you out to the fullest. I'm very pleased with management. They treat you as a person and not a number. Time after time, either by mechanical maintenance, new tires, oil change or just new windshield blades. The friendly service does not go unnoticed. You will be happy with price ànd the respect that you will receive. The store that I speak of is on Mobberly St. across from Latournal University.

They really take care of their customers! We had an issue with our truck while traveling through the area. Not only did they get us in right away to have things fixed, but they graciously offered us their business vehicle to drive to go grab some lunch for our young children while we waited. We had been on the road for quite a long time, didn't know the area and had our small dog with us, along with our 5 restless kiddos. They welcomed us into their business (even our pup) and allowed us to enjoy the air conditioning after we returned from lunch. We are so appreciative of the kindness they showed us and how fast they got our truck back on the road!

This place is terrible. The company I work for uses this place, so I have to be there to do my oil changes, and tire repairs, but I wouldn’t take any of my vehicles to this place. They just want your money. They could care less about you. The customer service here is crap
