Had a great experience over all. They are friendly, professional, and detail oriented!! I also like how they take pictures to show you everything they are working on!! The only minor thing was i asked if they could give me a ride back home when I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and pick me up when my vehicle was ready that afternoon and they asked where I live and so I told them and he said it would be no problem. It turned out that I needed to get a ride because I was 8 miles away instead of 5 miles away which is what he said there normal range was. He did try to get me a ride but said it might be a while. Luckily my friend turned out to be available after all so I didn't have to wait. So far so good with the service's I received!! I would definitely use them again!!

I absolutely recommend going here for your car maintenance and fixes. Everyone is very friendly, and very informative. Victoria, was amazing, she walked me through the whole process and even kept me company while I waited. They have finance options, and will even take you somewhere if you need to go home while you wait if you live within 5 miles I believe. It was a clean, welcoming environment.

I was referred to faith automotive by a friend after my car was diagnosed with a wheel bearing problem. They were able to quote me a price over the phone. They looked into another problem as maybe the cause of the abnormal sound I was hearing. They were thorough. They provided me with a complete overall check on my car and what they expected my car would need in the future. They were able to get me in and out in the same day so I didn’t have to rely on friends or family to tote me around for days on end. Victoria and the whole crew at Faith Automotive are the best shop I have ever had a chance to work with. We brought in our 21 Chrysler Pacifica for transmission issues. Throughout the whole repair process, they made sure to keep me in the loop. Even a week later after getting the car back just to check in on us! Yes they are like any business that needs to make a living. So don't expect just because they stand by faith in the good lord that they'll do repairs for cheap or free. They will however, stand behind the work they performed and make sure its done right. No, they didn't pay me or give me a discount for writing this review. This is just a good ol honest shop that I will continue to do business with. I recommend you all do the same. The price was reasonable for everything that I needed to get done with my car. When I didn't have a way back and forth to the shop, they provided a ride service and I thought that was TOP NOTCH! Everything was explained in full detail, digitally and on paper (invoice). Very friendly place and I highly recommend their services. They will do everything they possibly can to get your car back up and running safely on the road again.
