After I seen the prices you gave me to fix my car and i told a bunch of other people about it. When yall inspected my car and added more problems to it and i showed paper work the prices to everyone i know and to the person that worked on my car they all said never go back again because they are expensive as hell and probably much more. I purchased a muffler 4 or so years back and the tailpipe broke away from it. Took it by their shop to ask the desk person? if it could belooked at the se if it can be repaired and he said i would have to get an appt to look under the truck to see if it could be repaired. Rude and would not spend 2 or 3 minutes to look under the truck to see if it could be repaired. I willnever go back there. Their business is going downhill, they will be closed before long with this type of customer service

I took my car in bc it would quit running. Spent over $700 bucks and the next day it quit running. They tried to charge me another $600 bc they said the fuel pump went bad in ONE day. Talked them down to $400 even tho it should have been free under rules of comeback repair. Picked it up 2 days later and it quit on me the next day. I’ve spent over $1000 and the problem has NOT been fixed.

In the middle of moving to our new house, we realized the exhaust system was in extremely bad shape. We drove up to Big Al’s to hopefully get in quickly and at first we had to make an appointment for days later. Within 15 minutes we got a call back asking us to bring it back up and they would get on it to get it fixed. They called back and let us know all the details of what they found. Gave us some options and got it done for us in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be more appreciative to those guys!! Great service. Great price! I would recommend them to everyone in need of their services.

Big Al’s has been very good to me both times I’ve been there. That’s why I just recurrently went back to have them do some work and they didn’t disappoint. You can take material to them or have them do everything and they will work with you. I will be going back to Big Al’s for anything dealing with my muffler and piping.

First, let me start by saying if you care about your vehicle, then I'd definitely think about going to another place. I luckily just wanted a very very simple muffler delete and which the guy priced it and I thought it was a little steep and he charged me for 6ft of pipe only used 42in (I measured it) and the new pipe that was used was way smaller in diameter than my factory pipe and the guy welding should be ashamed of himself for putting out those JB welds, ive done better welds with a harbor freight wire fed welder without any gas. Needless to say they lost my busy and anybody that I know. Dont sell yourself short people take it to the professionals
