I would have gave this company 5 stars, but the receptionist took 2 stars away. She is the most rudest receptionist I met. No customer service skills what so ever. If it wasn't for my previous warranty, I would have immediately stepped out. Dear Betz Automotive, For the sake of your company, find another receptionist. First encounters mean everything. Don't think I'm making any referrals to your business because of her. She was rude then and she is even rude now.

The staff and owner are very UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an issue with my car being hit while in their possession and they took no ownership for the damage, put the blame on me (saying it’s my word against theirs) and even hung up the phone on me!
