I would highly recommend Classic Collision without reservation. Courtesy of the staff and quality of car's repair were phenomenal and beyond expectation. From beginning to end, everything was fully explained, and all my questions were completely answered. Angie was in charge of my car, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I used these guys b/c that's where State Farm sent me when I had a tire blowout on the interstate, which shredded the tire and trashed my rear quarter panel. Overall, my experience as definitely a mixed bag. The good: staff is very friendly, paint job appears to be flawless. Car was ready two days ahead of original estimate. The not so great: they changed the completion date at least 3 times, which threw a wrench into my schedule as I live over an hour away. I know they were trying to be helpful, but in the end it would have been better if they had just waited until they were sure they were going to have the car fixed and just let me know when I could come pick it up. The really not great: they somehow forgot the wheel cover for the tire they replaced, and the tire pressure sensor monitor for the replacement tire, so I need to go back over and get that taken care of, which will blow a hole in the middle of a workday as they are not open on weekends. The fact that they missed something as obvious as a wheel cover also makes me wonder if they didn't miss something less obvious that might come back to bite me later. UPDATE: After speaking with regional manager and the adjuster at their shop, they agreed to send the wheel cover and tire pressure sensor over to one of their Virginia Beach locations, which is MUCH closer to where I live. While I wish this could have been handled without me needing to spend time escalating the matter, I do appreciate that they were willing to do that rather than make me come back to Newport News to finish the repair.

Their staff has excellent customer service Ms. Linda and Ms. Angie made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle at their facility. Ms. Angie even stayed after closing hours so that I could get my car after it was repaired because I could not get there until after their closing time. Awesome work!

I rarely leave reviews, Howard Classic Collision was the best experience for car repairs that I have had. Not only were they super friendly and knowledge but they got my Lexus done sooner than they said and literally saved me thousands of dollars. (I was being overcharged by another repair shop). HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE who needs repairs done to their vehicle to stop by and get it done there. If i ever needed anything done in the future, this is the place to go!
