After having my car back for ~a month or so I figured I'd update my review. I'd give customer service a 3 star because they told me the car was waiting on adhesive tape and a q/a inspection for 2 weeks, when I went in person the car was still ripped apart. For quality of repair I'd give 3 stars. Although the paint match was on point. They ripped my tint on the drivers side window by storing parts inside the car, the 'qa inspection' didn't happen.. there was a bunch of dust specs in the clear coat which wasn't sanded down, a hair on the roof. And lastly 3 of the outside window seal clips were broken off causing the brand new black wrap to wrinkle up. Instead of replacing the part they just put it all back together (the clips weren't broken on drop off). For spending 5300 here i expected a better finished product

I had been a customer of this shop ever since I was first stationed in the area in 2011. Back then the service was outstanding (RIP Craig) and the quality of work was 2nd to none. Now it’s all new faces who don’t seem to care whether you’re satisfied or not. My latest trip was in 2021 when I purchased a new car. When the car was delivered it has a scratch on it. The dealer agreed to fix it and I could choose the shop. So I chose New Beginnings because of how they had been in the past. Well the paint job was and still is bad. The flakes in the paint were to concentrated and now I have a line of flakes. Initially when I picked it up the door handle wouldn’t illuminate because they didn’t connect it back. Then the brackets that hold the door panel on were broken and now the door doesn’t stay on properly. When I returned to have the problems rectified one gentleman told me their life time guarantee doesn’t cover brackets. Which I found odd. So I paid him $50 for new ones. Just to have those not work properly. I know savings is big for everyone but I would not recommend this shop any longer. I went by again today to get the brackets looked at and the receptionist didn’t seem to care. One gentleman was helping another customer and when he finished never came over to me so I ended up leaving without getting help.

They fixed my car after an accident and I couldn't be happier! They finished early and they were so nice and funny. Truly felt like family the way they took care of me. Update a few months after my visit, the paint on my bumper started peeling. While getting routine maintenance, I've been told by several other places it wasn't primed correctly. When i brought it back to their attention, i was told i had to have hit it against something. But it has peeled apart or bubbled in multiple places with no accountability. So, it's a great service, but I'm definitely not fully satisfied.

Had a really great experience with this shop recently. Had them do an estimate for an insurance claim on my 2006 CLS55 AMG. They were fast, thorough, fair in price, the estimate was reasonable, and they fought for me when Statefarm started to give me the run around on paying out for the repairs Good group of no BS guys here, plus, the desk girl gave me chocolates. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will certainly bring my vehicles back here in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with this body shop and their so-called “lifetime warranty.” I had work done on my vehicle a few years ago, and now the clear coat is failing prematurely. This is not normal wear and tear. It is poor workmanship or materials. When I contacted the shop to have the issue addressed under the lifetime warranty I was promised, I was told the warranty is no longer valid because the shop has a new owner. That excuse is unacceptable. A lifetime warranty should apply to the work, not disappear when ownership changes. If you are considering this shop, understand that their warranties apparently mean nothing long term, and you may be left paying out of pocket for their mistakes years later. I would not trust them with repairs or stand behind any guarantees they advertise.

My experience Was very pleasant and rewarding. The garage and office are very clean and welcoming, the office and restroom are very clean with a surprising subtle aroma smell like a reservation front desk of an upscale Hotel. The staff were very very accommodating and friendly. I’m Happy with the work that was done to my vehicle, will be letting friends and family aware of this location when needed, I hope I will not need anytime soon, but if I do I will not hesitate to go back to New Beginnings. Had some work that was previously done at another shop redone. Nee Beginnings did a great job. I even had some extra work done to my vehicle and it turned out great. The quality is so good you can see the reflection of everything. Definitely would and will go back for more work. And will recommend them to others.
