Great place to do business if you're looking for car services. The prices are fair and reasonable. During a time where everything seems to be going up, customers are looking for honest businesses. I had a state inspection done and brake fluid flush,.the business didn't try to get over on me and say I needed unnecessary repairs. Nowadays you take your cars into dealerships and they're telling you all kinds of repairs are required before state inspection can be passed. People are looking for honest businesses during these troublesome, financially hard times not dishonesty. I used to take my vehicles to the Exon off of Jefferson and Denbign for state inspections but the Asian owner retired and sold his business to some foreigners, uncertain of their nationality but they are rude and unappreciative of the clientele that the Asian guy handed over to them. If you're looking for a place with good business ethics, I suggest Mr. Tire Auto Service. I have another vehicle that is due for a state inspection at the end of the month and will be utilizing Mr. Tire services again, and any other future services.

Edit: Posted on Reddit and they were more helpful than the mechanics here. Turns out it was just a cheap light bar, As confirmed by a real technician. Nobody believes I took it to a shop because what mechanic is that incompetent? Smh Went to get a Preventative Maintenance Check on my recently purchased car. I mentioned that there were some wires that needed to be looked at. After a 2 hour wait they told me they were afraid of the wires so I sat and waited 2 hours for nothing when they could have told me that from the beginning. Then a hour later to my I went to get my umbrella out of my trunk and it was gone so not only did they waste my time but they stole a cheap umbrella from my trunk! They are thievs who will waste your time.

The worse experience to date! Had an 8am appointment dropped the car off at 7:45am listed the issues I wanted addressed. At 5:30pm I made a call as I received no status update and I needed my car to go home. Called and rep picked up the phone and said nothing but I could hear him dealing with another customer. I stayed on the line and kept saying hello hello. When then conversation ended he seemed to realized the phone was off the hook and said “ hello. I don’t even know how this happened “ I proceeded to explain I was calling to get a status update on my car and this guy said nothing after I could just hear typing in the background. So my patience was worn by this time I hung up and asked my partner to call. He called and rep said to be honest the car hasn’t even been touched as we were busy all day. So I didn’t get my car worked on, received no status update and received poor customer service. Never going back and that was my first time.

Long story short, tire swap from one rim to another cracked the rim. Slow leak ensued. The lobby/waiting area has a distinct odor. I don’t know if it’s mildew or what but it’s pretty off putting.

I had an appointment at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers for 9:30 AM to replace my rims. I arrived on time, dropped off my car, and was told there was ‘one guy’ ahead of us. If I have an appointment, I expect my car to be worked on at that time – that’s the point of scheduling. I called back after three hours, and they still hadn’t even started, now saying there were 2-3 people ahead of us. This place clearly doesn’t honor scheduled appointments, and I didn’t feel like my time or business was valued. Very disappointing service, and I can’t recommend this place based on my experience, I took it somewhere else and they did it in 30 minutes. Henry’s Tires are the best and quick.

My vehicle received a yearly inspection and oil change. The services took 2 hours and when my vehicle was done they didn't reset the oil change message on the dashboard. When I brought it the mechanic attention he said that other guy who performance the oil change for got to do it. Somebody else offer to do it because the other guy went out for lunch. This person was looking at Google to find a way to reset the message, I was surprise because he was a mechanic too. When all this is done and I leave to go run my errands the light came on again. My husband call and they said to bring the vehicle again. Never again..... The guy at the front fussing about everything and complaining about costumers needs. Very unprofessional.

The lady up front was very accommodating and helpful, however they did take way longer than expected. I went in to install 2 front tires and my TPMS on my Cayenne, after the installation the TPMS light did not go away and they do not work I am unable to see my PSI for any tire. Very satisfied with the tire installation but will not be going back because I was charged 270+ for repairs that did not do anything.

They were quick to my vehicle in the bay area and the job was perform fast with professionalism appreciated that because I was pressed for time and they really took care of me. Needed a tire sensor replaced for a 2015 Toyota Camry....I was quoted $180.00 by the young lady at the counter if the TPMS sensor was on stock but was charged $278.00 because it was not on stock. That's an additional $100.00 just to get the part delivered from a local part store (maybe 1/4 mile away) ...does not sound like something Mr. Tire or anyone should be doing. Did not argue, did not make a seen...will not be taking my service to Mr. Tire any longer... By the way, I checked the local Auto Zone and Advance auto, the TPMS sensor required for my car in those stores varied from $44.99-$47.99.......

I took my car to this Mr. Tire to repair a flat tire. It should have cost me less than $50. But they lifted my car improperly and it caused serious damages on both sides of the car. Basically, their mechanic put the lifting pads under some nonreinforced areas under my car instead of using the designated lifting points. I had to take my car to body shop to get it repaired. Mr. Tire did not accept the responsibility for the damages. At the end, a simple tire repair ended up costing around $2500. I will never use this shop again, and I would recommend everyone to avoid using them for any service.

Staff was fine. But when I called to schedule an appointment, I expected my car to be serviced at that time. I even arrived early. I was told it would be about an hour and a half before I was seen... Then my truck was in the bay for another 3.5 hours. Nikki did offer a discount on the service, but 5 hours for a service that should have been no more than 2 is a bit absurd.

Our Land Rover SUV caught a screw in the road after driving over 400 miles to visit family; we came all the way from South Carolina. Nikki Roney and the staff were more than accommodating for our need. Nikki (store manager) was able to coordinate efforts to get the specialty tire moved in from the Hampton store to the Newport News store. Because of these efforts, my wife and I were still able to visit family and attend other scheduled events. This included seeing my 94 year old grandma! Thanks Mr.Tire (Nikki and Team)!!!

They were very quick, even though they were busy.. 4 brand new tires in 45 mins or less balanced and mounted.. I didn't get a chance to scroll on my phone good...plus $630 for all 4 small special tires good price to boot.. so I'm good with them....they're my #1 out of my 3 tire spots... Mr Tires & Firestone....

Do not go here. Installing a tire and the installers broke a tpm on my vehicle. I confronted the lady and she said to drive it off. Took it to the dealership and it's definitely broken from them. The front desk lady also had an attitude for the majority of the time I was in the store front and kept watching the TV instead of "cashing me out" like she said she was ready to do.
