BE AWARE. Yes you get free tire rotation with your tire purchase. However every time you want tires rotated there is a 2 hour wait. Whether there's people waiting or not. Or you have an appointment or not? It's always a 2 hr wait. They are huge company and I know they don't care that they've lost my business. I am just passing information on.

This store was close to perfect with a hiccup that I felt a 5 star was not representative of my visit. Other Discount Tire experiences have all been strong, I’m a fan. While driving my daughter’s car out of town I got a nail and luckily made it into the shop. Lordy they were busy for a Friday. However, customer service was professional and friendly. Staff looked at the car upon checking in. Unfortunately the promised wait time was 2.5, but all good in their nice month AC, outlets and complimentary bottle water. My deduction was over the Men’s room which was dirty, had debris on the floor and no soap or paper towels. I did let staff know. The car tire was pulled and a single nail located which the tech showed me. He was friendly and efficient. My problem was solved and back on the road with no charge as patches are complimentary. Thank you Discount Tire. 4.5 rounding down with dirty men’s room with no soap or towels.

Had a great experience here - Samuel was very courteous, explained in detail what needed to be fixed and was otherwise a bright spot in a chaotic morning after a flat tire. AJ let me know what to expect when I picked up my car so I wouldnt be worried about the tpms sensor indicator while it reset over time. It was a good experience, one of the workers showed me that it was 3 tires that i needed, more than two which helped and made my driving experience even better. The wait time was a little long though, but that could be excused since they didn't took long to work on my car and get everything up to spec. I called to check on pricing and and making an appointment, the gentleman on the phone advised me that they had tires in stock and that they could take care of me immediately. Upon arrival a salesman met me in the parking lot, assessed my tires, pulled up what was discussed on the phone and completed my order. The new tires were installed and my wife and I were back on the road in less than an hour! In addition the customer service, and friendly atmosphere was great as well! Good customer service is rare in today’s climate, much appreciated, keep up the good work ‼️
