They broke things and claimed they didn't. They "fixed" things that weren't agreed upon, but couldn't remember to address the problem I asked them to repair. They left me with more problems than I started with. They kept my car for weeks. Don't take your cars here.

My son lives in Newport News. This morning the heater wasn't working in his vehicle. When he left work the vehicle overheated. He was driving an a quarter mile at a time having to stop to keep from damaging the engine. We believed the thermostat needed replacing. It was 4pm when we called A+. We asked if they had time to replace the thermostat today. It's his only mode of transportation and he has to be at work at 6am. They assured us it could be done. They ordered the the part. The when they began they called my son back to the vehicle. They pointed out that it wasn't the thermostat but a belt that had snapped. They worked past regular business hours and charged 1/4 the quoted price. They made sure it was in fact the belt checking to it no longer overheated and the heater worked. You can feel confident in this shop!

Never trust these men. I bought a car with 1 month warranty. The car has broke down 3 times (breaking problem, battery cables, transmission) before warranty ends and they didn’t answer my phone calls. Full of lies.
