I went to have oil changed and denied. Have Nisson Versa 2010 . They did my service once before. I will contact main office for reason. I would still recommend you because I have bought 2 cars from you before and always friendly service.

My husband was wondering why his check engine light was still on. We paid over $400.00 even with a senior discount. We have always had good service with Priority otherwise.

I have multiple vehicles that is a chore to maintain but Priority Chevrolet has made it easy for me to keep my vehicles on line. With great techs and the free oil changes my vehicles last longer and we save money by keeping up maintenance instead of repairing vehicles when they brake down.

I had my vehicled towed from Norfolk to Priority on a Friday afternoon, and had it immediately checked in. John our Service provider did a great job of keeping us updated on the status and the maintenance team was able to quickly diagnose the problem on Saturday. I recieved a call first thing Monday morning, agreed to have the work done and received my vehicle back with everything fixed and in great condition. Kudos to John and the team for a job well done from the Johnson Family. Definately deserving of 5 Stars. Thanks again Tyrone and Celeste Johnson ,Army Veterans/ Retired Newport News VA

Being from Michigan and my son living in VA, I was nervous about the process. Prior to his car making it to the dealership, it was broken into. They taped up the window, stayed in contact with me the entire time, until the car was finished and ready for pick up. I would highly recommend and will maintain Priority as our dealership of choice.

I have had my vehicle for a year. And since then, I've had to visit the service dept a few times. I was able to schedule the appts and have the service done with no issues. I would recommend them! Tanisha is awesome!

Was fortunate to have Ms Trakiya as my Service Rep. She has a superior smile and made us feel comfortable that her techs would resolve my concerns. She stayed in touch via text and followed up with prompt phone calls. She has the attitude to deal with Veterans, who are use to getting their way. I will definitely return to her for Service (meaning drive from Norfolk). I trust Trakiyaโs work and do not like to shop around.

John was professional in the manner he addressed the clients coming in. He was clear about the time my truck might be there and was kind enough to text me when it was done. I know it gets challenging dealing with vehicle owners sometimes. John handled things very well.

Things have gone in a better direction in the last 6-8 months. Dropped my truck off an hour before my appointment time, and actually got a call saying it was ready to be picked up before the appointment time also. Hooray! Keep it up, itโs really appreciated.

I have been doing business here for 20 years and the service has never been better! Tanisha and John in the service department are second to none. Full explanations and honest upfront recommendations in my interest not the normal pushy sales talk.

My only complaint is if you have a appointment first thing in the morning why is my car always ready right before they close. It take 6 to 7 hours for a oil change? People have things to do and only the weekends to do them. That is why I make appointment in advance! Something needs to change! Appointment customers should come first!

We brought our 2020 Colorado in on 12/7 for an 11:30 oil change/service appointment. When I dropped it off I informed the customer service Young lady to have the mechanics to check the drivers side back tire as it had a leak. She informed me that it would cost $34.99(I believe it was) to repair. I said no problem. Obviously I need it repaired (if it can be) since, like aforementioned, I knew it was leaking. (Had to stop for air every other day). Fast forward ~2 hours later they call and say the truck is ready. I got in there and the young lady (same as above) said everything was good to go. No charge, sign this, have a nice day. Of course I had to inquire about what was found with the tire. The young lady states, they didn't find anything. Like you reading this I was somewhat perplexed too, again, I have been putting air in it every other day for a week. I asked again, they didn't find anything?, she left the counter went out to the garage area, came back and again said...they didn't find anything. In a state of confusion I left. A few days later, after STILL having to put air in my back left tire every other day I took it to a service garage. Yep, as you've probably already figured out, had a nail in the tire, they repaired it ($18) and I was on my way. No more leaks! Makes one wonder how the Priority Chevrolet Service team could not find a nail in a tire and maybe even more concerning is was an oil change actually done? Does this happen regularly? Just sayn... So the question on your initial screen to get to this feedback page is...WOULD YOU RECOMMEND US TO YOUR FAMILY?FRIENDS?...Before this last visit I would have said yes (like I did to get to this page). Now, I say yes but I tell them this same story so they can make an informed decision. Thank you for seeking my feedback, please take it constructively and aim to be better. Be Blessed! Merry Christmas!

The Priority Chevrolet team are the best! They have serviced both of my vehicles and have always treated me well. They are professional and caring. I trust them 100% with my cars. I have used their Shuttle service also and that service has been just as amazing!!

I went to The dealer to get some work done and they did an inspection of the car. One of the items was costly, but they had not caught it, it could have caused serious damage. They worked diligently around the holiday and, even with having to order parts, had it out at the end of the second work day. John, the service advisor, was very courteous and worked with me to do the critical items that needed done and to delay on the items that could wait.

My Service Rep was very friendly and courteous. She texted me early in my visit and gave me her text number if I had any questions. My services were performed in a timely manner and the Rep brought my paperwork to me in the waiting area so I didn't have to return to the Service Desk/ area. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I had an appointment for 8a and didnโt leave out til about 11am which I thought was kinda crazy. The customer service was great and the rep that helped was amazing. But my only issue is now that I brought my car in Thursday and Sunday it wouldnโt start. Iโve never had that issue with my carโฆ I will be reaching out to someone because that is insane. My 1st at this Newport News location and honestly if something is really wrong with my car it will definitely be my last!!!!

Service for my oil change, cabin, and air filters started right on time! My Inspection went great with no additional services needed and I was able to save some money on my filters with coupons that were sent to me by Priority. Thank you Mr. John and Priority for taking care of me and My "Malik" which is the name for my Malibu ๐

So I came down not too long ago to look at a new Chevrolet Silverado four-wheel drive, 8-ft bed truck, but all they had were short beds. A lady I think her name was Asia, was the sales lady that waited on me, very attractive and classy lady, great salesmanship, new the size of the motor, about all the bells and buttons, all the latest features that are on the new Silverados. My hat is off Southern Chevrolet, for great a salesman with such knowledge that she had!
