Brought my jeep in to have the brakes tested. Friday Service representative said I had a leaking master cylinder. I should not drive it. He said parts would be here Monday or Tuesday. It is Tuesday and received no phone call. Unsatisfactory sevice

Couldn't have been happier with my experience! Ask for Ryan Morris - he goes above and beyond. I also enjoyed working with James Roth. They both made it less stressful!

Be Very Careful - They Attempt to Sell Completely Unnecessary Service Work. So I took my Camry in for two specific services and was informed by their Service Advisor that I also "needed rear brakes" (among other things). I recalled that I just had brake work accomplished in the rear approximately 8,000 miles ago (new brake pads, rotors, and complete hardware), so I declined the work. Later, I took the vehicle to an ASE Master Certified Tech I know who said I had "90% of the brake pad life left" and that the "rear rotors, calipers, slide pins and hydraulics were in excellent condition", quote unqoute. So the bottom line with Pearson is they're attempting to sell customers unnecessary work --- be very careful with this dealership.

Took my 2006 toyota highlander hybrid there spent 4 hours there. Amibent temperature sensor was not working still isn't. Ac wasn't working still isn't. They said that the Amibent temperature sensor doesn't have anything to do with the Ac. But tells you on line that's what controls the compressor to turn on. So I still have no answer.

We were greeted immediately by Jaymes Davidson by the reception. He made sure that we felt comfortable at the dealership as he took the pains to show us around. I must accept that this was certainly my best car purchasing experience. Jaymes was patient enough to not only educate us about the pros and cons of each car. He was also very helpful in answering every question we had. These days, car salesmen are merely concerned with making money but, a salesman like Jaymes of the Pearson Toyota delivers on his promise of offering incredible service. We will definitely be coming back over the years thanks to our pleasant experience!

I don't understand what's the purpose of an appointment, when the oil changes take 2 hours. The play room needs some work. If my 2 year old decided to rip up your magazines, it's most likely because you have nothing in your kids play room but a tv that doesn't work. She did stare at the pictures that were painted for 2 minutes so there’s a plus.

Formal Complaint Regarding Incomplete VA State Inspection and Required Return Visit Dear Pearson Toyota Staff and Management, I am writing to formally express my satisfaction turned quickly to dissatisfaction regarding my recent service visit. When I scheduled service for my vehicle, I had specifically requested that the Virginia state inspection be completed. I assumed that the inspection sticker and required paperwork would be provided at the time my vehicle was ready on Wednesday 2/25/2026. However, after leaving the dealership, I realized that the inspection sticker had not been placed on my vehicle, and the paperwork had not been completed or provided. As a result, I was forced to drive all the way back to the dealership after already returning home in Hampton, which caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary disruption to my schedule. This situation could have easily been avoided with proper attention to detail before releasing my vehicle. At one time, I trusted Pearson Toyota to provide thorough and professional service, and this oversight was very disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation of how this occurred and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again to me. Additionally, I believe some form of accommodation/compensation for the inconvenience would be appropriate. (e.g., gas gift card, car wash/detail gift certificate). I look forward to your prompt response. My contact information is on file for a phone conversation or a face-to-face conversation at your office.
