Went in for recall on door inside handles to be repaired. Took longer than the hour they proposed. Clean waiting area, with a comfy relaxed atmosphere and a variety of snacks and references. Topped my fluid and gave the car a wash! Overall great experience!

Priority Lexus gave us good service on the car. However, we were charged twice on our credit card. That’s $1100 twice. We didn’t notice it until today so now we have to call up there to get our money back, such a hassle. It happens every time I have a service there 😒

Always provide continuous feedback and support as well as video updates on the status of your vehicle.Also provide a follow up call a day or two after you have received delivery of your vehicle to ensure all the work was completed to your satisfaction. Darrell in service provided service above and beyond. He helped me to understand what was being covered in my 35k mile service and answered all my questions. He even went out in the freezing cold to get his personal cord to determine a possible reason for my apple car failure to save me waiting longer and a diagnostic fee. I also appreciated the service tech sending a video as he looked over my car. Some of it was unintelligible because he spoke at a fast pace and sometimes his voice went out. I loved that he ended it with “have a blessed day”.

The service department customer service representatives especially Jose and the older gentleman who sits at the far desk and the two ladies (AA lady and loaner car rep) were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A senior mechanic road around with me so I could point out the issues with my car. He was patient and courteous. He heard the sound and started diagnosing ways to address the problems. They provided a loaner car for which I am grateful (My mom needs a wheelchair).

Service has always been well done. The drive in bay always clean and orderly. The lobby always clean, snacks and drinks available. Staff very polite and friendly Heads up i finally saw a sign, disconnect your Bluetooth from yout car. Why ?? others working on or in your vehicle can hear your conversations. Thanks for putting up that sign. Being considered of other's privacy . Sometimes the wait is long Sometimes not. I use that time to accomplish something while waiting. Priority Lexus Service department did the 6 month service on my Lexus NX350. It was so easy to make an appointment and the drop off was quick. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video walk around by the technician who explained every detail of his check-up on my new car. They washed the car and had it ready for me in less than 2 hours. I dropped my car off a little early after I made an appointment and came back an hour and a half later and my oil change still hadn't started. I needed my car and I was late to work and no oil change. I was basically told I had to lie and say I was waiting for my car to be done in a reasonable time fyi for anyone else making an appointment.

As always, service was on time and efficient. The customer service is always superior at Priority Lexus and they take great care to ensure an optimal customer experience. Since I was waiting during my car’s service, a lovely gentleman drove me to the nearby mall so I could spend my time shopping. The conversation was lively and I was pleased to see the same man pick me back up so that we could continue our conversation. Priority lays out the anticipated expenses ahead of time and called me with questions and suggestions - no surprises. The work is warranted and they even provide a video of the testing they did for the work performed. No one likes having their car serviced, but since you have to do it, this is the place to get it done.

I bought my Lexus used less than a year ago and took it in for the 120k service. It was not a cheap service, but it was worth it for the thorough work that was done on my vehicle. It was looked over from bumper to bumper and I was even sent a video from the mechanic under the car inspecting the brakes, suspension, etc. Everything was found to be in good working order and the only thing recommended was to replace the damaged windshield wipers. I have confidence in the reliability of my vehicle because the mechanic took his time and inspected it so carefully. I have never enjoyed such professional service and care for the owners of their vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back.
