Overall, my experience here was terrible. I was originally told that the work would take about a week to a week and a half. After two weeks I still hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told it would be another 3 days. Three days went by and I called back, only to be told the same thing. This went on for around 2 weeks. When I finally got the car back the engine would surge whenever it was idling, so I immediately called them, before I was even a mile away from the shop. I was rudely dismissed and told to bring it back if it kept up. After about a week the surging became worse and the engine started misfiring so I brought it back. At this point I had already paid almost $3000 dollars for a working engine. I heard nothing from the shop for over a week, so I stopped in to see what was taking so long. I found my car in the same spot I had left it while two other cars were on being worked on. I don't know whose mind its ok in to ignore work you have already been paid thousands of dollars to do, and did incorrectly. The appropriate thing to do in that situation is fix your mistake as quickly as possible. When I brought my concerns to the shop owner I was yelled at and told the car hadn't been worked on, because nothing was wrong with it, then because the shop was short handed, which I would have been sympathetic to if two other cars weren't being worked on right in front of me. As he continued to yell at me, the owner then backtracked on his story, claiming that he had worked on the car and replaced several parts, although he couldn't tell me which ones, and hadn't called me to tell me that he had done anything to it. I was appalled by the way I was treated. Eventually, after 2 months total and $3000, I finally got a working car back. I was never offered even an apology for the way I was treated or for the length of time they held my car. Terrible shop, terrible work, terrible service.

Calling around to a few shops, including my usual mechanic, of everyone, Shorty said he could get to my truck tomorrow and take a look at it. (Charging issue). I dropped my truck off and he called back in a couple hours and said my truck was ready. That is my only truck and I run a small business out of it, so i was very excited to get it back same day. He was slammed, and managed to get me back on the road as quick as possible at a great value! Thanks a lot Shorty! You have a customer for life 🙌
