I have been going to this shop for nearly 20 years because as a single female it's difficult finding mechanics that not only have integrity but also take the time to educate you on repairs/services you may need. Ed and Chris provide outstanding customer service. Ed looks out for his customers and never waste your money on upcharges other shops always seem to have a long list print out of "recommend" services. He's a no nonsense old school mechanic that cares about providing quality service and honesty. In 20 years I've been bringing multiple vehicles for repairs/services, I always drive away confident knowing Ed has me safely on the road again in my travels. I need that assurance considering Im regularly commuting between states. Peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. He and his team are a blessing in this industry.

I just got home from getting my inspection done and for a mom and pop place like it is I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Amazing staff, outstanding service, and phenomenal wait time. Just overall a great place! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed at the front desk and he was amazing. Very friendly atmosphere! I wish the scale was higher than 5 because they went above and beyond all my expectations!

Everything that’s good about people exists here. My experience at A&E was surprisingly good, with an outstanding customer service attitude that I haven’t seen in the 25+ years in the area (for automotive shops) I’ve been to. In addition to the positive reviews for the work they do at A&E, I was willing to give them a try. I arrived to a line of people in the lobby, but decided to wait - watching the people quickly peel away from the lounge, I found myself alone and my vehicle in the shop, getting the service I needed done in a short time. The staff here not only can do the good work they do, but also have that down to earth, helpful and sincere attitude with their customers.

I showed up for an inspection a few minutes before they opened. The mechanic was able to see me immediately and I only waited for about a half hour. I had a bulb replaced, and the inspection itself was less than $28. I’m so pleased with the service and I would recommend this place to anyone.

By far the best auto repair shop I’ve ever worked with. They have helped me and other family members with numerous issues both large and small. These guys are awesome!!! I have brought my vehicle to them a few times and they had always done a great job. They have always been open and honest about what needs to be done and what they feel comfortable doing in order to not waste money. They saved me a lot of money by not attempting to make something happen that they knew wouldn't be a lasting repair. I'll take my cars there from here on out.

As my motorcycle mechanic is right next door to their shop, I have known these people for a while. They do do great work at reasonable prices. They are not necessarily the cheapest yet they are also not the most expensive but, they do very good work.

If I could give them a 0 I would they were nasty ,rude and very unprofessional I brought my car there to get inspected they didn't use jack properly and created damages and would not take accountability told me my car was dirty maybe I didn't notice it before when I asked for there insurance said I would have to take them to court and I said I will 5-10 mins later i get a call saying if u drop it off ill have somebody look at it and fix it. I drop my car off at 9am older mans says ill give u a call in a couple hrs 12 noon I call to see wat was goin on older man answer says buddy took a look says there is nothing he can do so I guess ill be takin A&E to court since they dont wanna take accountability and release there insurance. I dont recommend anybody to bring there car here not even for a inspection.

A&E Automotive, Ed and his mechanics, are the most professional group of guys you could ask for. He stands by his service and is trustworthy. His mechanics go out of their way to take care of your vehicle to ensure that it leaves the shop to your satisfaction. His prices are fair and he will work with you. I would not have my vehicle worked on anywhere else unless he recommended it. Fair price, trustworthy, and knowing your vehicle is cared for properly, this is where to go.
