Purchased road hazard coverage from another Pep Boys but this location is way more convenient now for us. Took it in. No issue with prorated coverage. But within the first two weeks I had two notifications of low tire pressure. First one I shrugged off, perhaps the tech didn't recalibrate it. After the second one I checked the tire. There was no cap on the valve and it was placed in the incorrect location on the wheel. There is literally a cut out for the valve on the rim. I had to pry back the plastic to refill the tire and replace the cap with one from another tire for the time being. Not sure who in their right mind thought this was done correctly.

Had my car inspected on the busy Labor Day weekend. Coleena assisted me with the drop-off. There were several cars ahead of me. Due to the unpredictability of inspection results they are unable to give you a time frame. I had a ride so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. The text updates kept me informed of progress and the results, which I called and approved the work, which was minor and quickly done. Another team member called me when my car was ready. Great experience overall!

Bought 4 tires less than a year ago,$1000.00 you get free rotation but they won't rotate them,now the front are feathering and they want to sell me four more tires. Plus the cat has been in their shop three times for brakes and they never rotated the tires or noticed they were feathering. Now we are spending 600 at Firestone to fix the problem!!

Inexperienced assistant service manager. Non-communication. There is no one on site that is willing to come out and talk to new car owners, young car owners, or inexperienced owners. Be sure to ask other shop/mechanics, how long certain repairs should take because this location will try to overcharge you on labor.

I had a decent experience at this PepBoys. I made an appointment for a tire rotation and let them know upon arrival we needed a state inspection as well since appointments are not allowed for them. I dropped off as they said would take till end of day but received a phone call within about 3 hours along with an email with a photo showing we needed new rear brakes. Price seemed slightly high but agreed to the repair. Upon pickup, I presented Colleen with an online coupon she said she can beat that and was able to find a bigger discount for us. The extra effort on her part was appreciated.

We took our car here and told them the check engine light has been coming on and off, we told them we need the can shaft sensor replaced. They did a work up with an estimate, called we said go ahead fix it. Two weeks later we are back again getting something else fixed. Then about a month later we thought the transmission may be failing or the engine, the car only has 60,000 miles on it. We took it to AAMCO, best decision ever they take one look and says oh yeah you need a cam shaft sensor changed. We call Pep Boys they said we didn’t change it, but yet the invoice reads labor for changing cam shaft sensor. They said yeah we charged for the wrong labor but we never changed it. We spent probably 2500 to 3000 dollars to get it “fixed” at pep boys plus leaving it there two different times and it wasn’t ever fixed how we asked for it to be when we first came….Save yourself some time go on down to AAMCO, be treated with some respect and save yourself 2000 to 2500 dollars….

When leaving for work this morning, I noticed I had a nail in my tire. I'm traveling tomorrow, so wanted to get it fixed quickly. I made an appointment for today at noon. I ended up needing to replace all tires, and the team there had everything done by 1:30. Collena, Nate, Earl and another team member were so sweet, and worked quickly to get me back on the road and ready for my trip.

Went in to get my windshield wipers fixed and an oil change and ended up spending over $900. They fixed the wipers, but I found out 2 days later from a different mechanic that they didn’t do the oil change that I paid for. I ended up calling and talked to a manager who gave me a refund once he reviewed the camera footage and confirmed the oil change was never done. The mechanic responsible was Michael H, who is apparently their “head mechanic”. This was especially frustrating after confirming all of the services that were completed with a gentleman at the front desk as we picked up our vehicle, and he assured the oil change had been completed. So just a warning to anybody who goes here for service to check and be sure that all services you paid for were actually completed.

I have been using this Pep Boys location for four years since I moved into the NN area. I have been treated with honesty, professionalism and courtesy at every level. Mr. Nate and his crew are well qualified to perform their service tasks. The crew here will always listen to the customers' needs and are not pushy or demanding in recommending unnecessary services. I was headed out of town and needed service and Mr. Nate took time to work me in immediately. This is the type of excellent car service that is in great need today. I have never had an issue and will continue to use their facility.

I’ve been to this shop twice now. The first time was with all 3 of my kids and needed tires NOW when I discovered one was shredding. They got me in and didn’t mind all my kids being with me (iykyk), and then I just left from getting my brakes replaced. I had the same tech both trips. Will is not only incredibly kind but fast! I didn’t expect to be nearly as quick as it was. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will be back for all of my car maintenance.

I scheduled an appointment on Sunday and even called ahead to ask about the best time to come in because I needed to wait for my vehicle—I couldn’t drop it off. They told me mornings were best, so I booked a Monday morning appointment and paid for the tires online in advance. On Monday, Pep Boys called and said the tires weren’t there and asked me to reschedule for Tuesday at 11 AM. When I arrived Tuesday at 11, the front-desk lady told me they had already sold two of the tires I paid for and had to reorder them. She said the tires would arrive in about an hour… but I ended up waiting five hours in the shop. This was extremely frustrating and shows poor management and communication. If the tires I paid for were sold to someone else, and if new ones weren’t going to be ready on time, they should have called me so I didn’t have to drive 30 minutes and waste my entire day.

Doing this review as I sit here waiting three hours for two tires that I made an appointment for. I normally would understand a wait if I was a walk in, but what's the point of making an appointment? I still would not have an issue, but I asked when my vehicle would be serviced ,and I was told it would be next after balancing another vehicle. That was two hours ago. You make appointments because you have other things to get done. I could have at least left when I asked about what place my vehicle was in. Terrible terrible service. Update: within a couple days of me leaving a review I was called by Mike and he was very pleasant. He did apologize for the issue and provided great customer service after the initial issue. I do appreciate that the call and sometimes that makes a big difference. Thanks for the call. I will give 4 stars now for the customer service.

Brought my brand new car here( a year old) just to get a state inspection. They told me I needed new back brakes and rotors costing 500…. Took it to the dealership I bought it from and nothing was wrong with it. If you want to get taken advantage of bring your car here . This isn’t the first time they have tried to get 100s of unnecessary dollars out of us. I will never be returning

If I could give no stars I would. This has been the most frustrating experience with them. I dropped my car off Friday afternoon and here it is Monday and I still don’t have my car. When it was originally 3 simple things that needed to be fixed. Every time I spoke to someone they told me that something else was needed to fix my car. I spoke to so many different people who told me different things. One mechanic told me that he was going to order the needed part and get to it first thing the next morning just to find out that he didn’t order anything at all. I was told that I was going to get a call back from the manager, and never received the call. And now my car is messed up to the point where they can’t even put it back to give it to me. Everyday I’ve just been hoping to get my car back just to get disappointed by the people here. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
