OMG I had the best experience here. I love that it’s a drive through setting where you don’t have to leave your car, perfect for this “pandemic” period. The customer service was just outstanding, I felt right at home here. I went for an oil change, it wasn’t over priced. In addition they also checked my air filters and my tires and took the time to teach me things about my car that I didn’t know. (First time car owner) yes 10/10 highly recommended!

Fellas there did quick work to get the oil changed quickly. They also washed the front windshield, checked the tire pressure, and made sure all caps & lids in the engine were tightened down like their supposed to be. They had diesel oil thankfully! Cheaper price too! My new go-to place for oil changes!

took my tacoma trd offroad in today for a state inspection. my truck has a 3" suspension lift and $1500 method wheels on it. Duke was my technician and when removing my rear right wheel scratched it all up. i asked him about it after the service and his response was " its a 60lb plus tire, how else was i supposed to get it down". when i asked if the owner was available he told me he was the owner and he would not be paying for repairs because my wheels are aftermarket and not OEM. the wheels are 3 months old and pristine (other than the one he damaged.) i found after a little research that steve is actually the owner and if you are reading this Steve, please reply to this or reach out to me. i have plenty of before and after photos and would like this resolved at the lowest level is possible.

Another car shop that sees a woman AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Bought a car and brought it in to be inspected. It failed and this was the estimate (from the manager Kenny) I was given to get it to pass. I asked multiple times if it was correct, was given a breakdown of it, and was assured after this we would get it passed. I bought it in four days after this and had the work done. Received a call saying the estimate was wrong and was told it would be like $100 more cause of “rough labor”. Okay cool, things happen. We get there and I’m told it’s even more than that now, over $700. You know, whatever, didn’t really have it but at least the car is okay now. I drive away, and the steering wheel is completely crooked when driving straight! So I bring it right back and I’m told I should have known it would need an alignment now and they don’t do those. They apologized if it wasn’t mentioned, stating they don’t have to tell me that. Very frustrating. My family use to swear by Napa but after this we are thinking differently.

I was having such a nice day running errands until I stopped here to get my car inspected. I treat everyone I meet with courtesy and respect so I was caught completely off guard by the elderly inspection man’s immediate and incredibly aggressive and rude behavior. He then failed my car because of a chip on the plastic tail light cover. The chip did not extend at all into the area where the light shines through which I later found out makes it perfectly legal.

Please everyone come to Napa get your vehicle serviced. This crew is top notch very friendly. They take time to explain each service to you. It is worth very penny. I am very happy every time I come here. I love coming back just to check the oil and air in the tires for no charge. They really make sure you're good to go. PSA remember to have them check all your air filters. Great crew here, I have been coming here for over 10 years..

The worker was fine but didn't really give any time-frame on how long to get my vehicle inspected. I waited outside (with a baby) for 2 hours before my car was even moved. And it only took 18 minutes from the time they moved it to the time they came up to me and said inspection done. Could of been worse. It would of been nice to get some updates along the way. It was odd they spent over 2 hours working on the same vehicle in the inspection bay (supposedly for inspections only) but only 18 minutes on mine. But its all good. Work was done and price was fair. At least it's a decent walking area to other stores and restaurants.

I sat here since 11:09 with 3 cars in front of me and mine got pulled into the bay around 1:15 ! My car was finished around 1:50pm. The amount of wait time is very excessive. However Kenny, the tech who did my inspection explained he was the only one who has been doing the inspections all week and was very nice and explained the wearing on my back brakes and how they would wear on one side uneven from the caliber pin.

The first come first served system for state inspections is great as long as you can show up early. Although it took a couple of hours, the process was simple and the inspector was polite. He let customers in line that would likely not get seen before closing know so they wouldn’t have to wait for no reason. I also got an oil change which was simple and quick. Prices for the oil change seemed fair, even with name brand oil it was under $100 and the technician put air my tires and also checked the air filter and other fluids, topping of my power steering free of charge.

Had my wife come in for an inspection since I was busy with school. I had taken it to another place before and they said all that needed to be replaced was the tires. My wife took it here to see what needed fixing and they told her the boot rack needed replacement. She leaves the place and the car is now making a real loud schreeching noise coming from where they did the work. I've never had this issue in my car before until I took it here. Be warned that they more like than not take advantage of women since the mechanics assume they won't know better.
