I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. They have always been reasonable in their fees and most importantly, they are honest. They have looked at my car and told me there was no real problem, it was a simple knob I had to turn. They could have charged me for something and I wouldn’t have known the difference. My windshield wipers stopped working on my way to Newport News from Virginia Beach and the rain wasn't forecasted to stop all day. Luckily a found Sprinkle and Williams, they took my car in right away and got me back on the road in 2 hours! The price they charged was very fair. It was the Best experience i have had at a repair shop. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience. I was given an estimate, and an appointment when the work could be done. All the work was done in two days.. Everyone was very courteous. Not satisfied with pricing, estimate was 5,171.85 for engine, by the time it was done price changed twice to 5,922.33. Some of the charges I did but not approve of. Make sure to get estimate in writing with this company and hold them accountable. I had recently replaced a lot of parts on my old engine and asked them to reuse he said okay then still turned around and replaced them at a high price.my starter is not working properly and I never had issues with before work was performed. Very disappointed they did not even return my old parts which were not even 6 months old.

Took my truck in because the check engine light was on and told them that the truck had overheated. They called and said it was the radiator. I had them replace it, picked up my truck and the check engine light was still on. I went in and asked them about it and it turns out they didn’t even get the codes off of the truck. They just did a pressure test to verify that the radiator was bad. I was blown away…. I would think when you bring your vehicle in because the check engine light is on that’s the first thing you would check. But I’m no mechanic……. I don’t think you read my review. I brought my truck to you because of the check engine light and also informed you that the truck had overheated that day. So I was very surprised to see my check engine light still on when I go to pick up my truck

My husband posted a review yesterday regarding diagnostic for a check engine light not being done. The lady at the front office just called me to tell me it was our fault we did not request to have the check engine light diagnosed. I told her I just paid $900 for a new radiator yesterday and should not have to pay someone else to read a code and clear it. She said people ride around with a check engine light on all the time so they don’t worry about it. I explained, I am not one of those people and if something is wrong with my truck, I am interested in fixing it. She continued to tell me if was my fault so I told her not to call me with her bs.

I came here for the first time in October for an oil change, knew I wanted to come back. I have an older car, and have never done proper maintenance on it so I scheduled an appointment and knew I had to get many things done. They called me after checking it out and explained the services and recommended other things to do later on in the year. The receptionist is very nice, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The price was in the higher range (because I had MANY things to get done) but it was still reasonable and fair. If you want your car in good hands, this is definitely the spot to go!
