Brought my Goldwing front tire in for a change out a few months back, The Mgr called the tire guy right away and he jumped right on it and it, he asked if I wanted the bead balance which was cool for him to ask, I said yes and in ten minutes he was done, this is how service should and could be for quick and easy bike business. Thanks again for a job well done and the bike conversation while waiting, I now have a ST1100 rear tire which need changing and good service gets return customers which I will do. Again thanks for a Job Well Done.

A special thanks to Joe the Mgrs for scheduling my tire change at the last minute and to Jeff who waited on me right away as I entered the door and expressed a excellent attitude which is good to see in a business and Alex the tech who saw my tires and knew what need to be done and went right to it and was done in 10 minutes flat, Great bike conversation with Jeff as I waited. I have a 2010 Honda fury and had some issues with the fuel injectors.Though the schedule was packed, they found a way to squeeze me in and fixed my motorcycle in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the work. In addition, the guys were really professional. Had a very good experience with this shop. Thumbs up👍

I have used these guys multiple times now. They have always done excellent work. Charlie is who I mainly deal with and he has always given excellent customer service to myself and to those that I had recommended. Their labor pricing is competitive. Parts pricing is pretty good. I have found many parts at a lower cost from their shop and I have found others to be a higher cost. This is normal anywhere that you go. Overall, I am very happy with their service and until I have a major issue I plan on taking my bike there every time!

Very friendly staff, gives you their attention and is very interested in your needs and the care of your bike. I really appreciate how I and my wife were treated at Absolute Performance Cycles, we brought both bikes in for inspection and needed them back but some work was required. Everyone is usually stressed when it is inspection time and I am no exception but they took in the bikes with no appointment unlike the two weeks to make an appointment at the HRHD dealership and then the time it take them to get to your bike. I could see they had bikes on the rack but although I didn't need much just a rear tire they treated me as if I were their only customer. I will be going there for all my needs from now on.

I called them and spoke to Jacob about 30m prior to closing and asked if it would be possible to have a chain installed first thing in the morning. To my surprise he told me they could get me in first thing in the morning if I had a chain to go onto the bike, otherwise they wouldn't have one for a day, possibly two. Conveniently, the wife was able to make it to Cyclegear and acquire a new chain while I took care of the excessive slack on the soon to be replaced chain. I made it to the shop first thing in the morning at opening and they got the bike in and out within an hour while I sat in the climate controlled area. When asked what Jacob was going to charge me I told the gentleman I never asked. It came out to a very fair $44 with an additional master link. 10/10, would recommend.

Oil pump replacement on my 2018 M8 Harley. Joel & company performed a clean and thorough job that I certainly couldn't have done in my garage. Tools, experience and those motorcycle lifts make the job quick. I might have done the job but I'm pretty sure I'd still be working on it. I'm also glad I changed out the pump before catastrophe occurred as these model pumps (2017-19) are known problems. I went with the aftermarket Feuling oil pump. The finished job is excellent. The cost of the work was at a fair market value. Overall, I am totally satisfied and will return to Absolute for future work.

I took my 2018 Road Glide Special to Absolute for a blown head gasket and fork seals. Once Joel, Hunter and Eric got their hands on it, they started performing magic. During the tear down, Joel was in contact with me every step of the way. I was sent pictures, received phone calls and given all options up front. The crew at Absolute was more than upfront about everything. I was always allowed to come by, go back and see what was happening with my motorcycle. There was nothing to hide. I knew exactly what was happening with my motorcycle. I have owned my bike since new, and was never happy with the 107 M8 performance. These guys changed ALL of that. I left with a hot rod. Not even the same bike. I listened to the experience and findings they have with this engine, and let them run with it. There is no way I would’ve been happier with any other result. Take your bike to Absolute, talk to Joel, listen to what he’s got to say, and let him work. You will not be disappointed. I will be back soon. 2018 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special built by Joel with an S/S 124 Power Pack. If I could give more stars I would.
