These guys are THE BEST. I was visiting from out of town when I realized I had a screw in my tire. I called at 5:30pm hoping to get an appointment for the next day, Sylvester asked why didn’t I come now as they were open another several hours. I drive over and in less than 30 minutes the team (who was already working in other vehicles) had my tire fixed, my nephew completely entertained and I had restaurant recommendations. Great service, very friendly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I been coming to this location for over five years — even before they became NTB — and the service has always been excellent. The team here truly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. I always come here for my oil changes, and I bring both of my vehicles because I trust no one else to do them. They are always professional, honest, and very accommodating to their customers’ needs. It’s rare to find a place that consistently goes above and beyond, but this location does exactly that. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service!

Very professional and courteous employees. Mr Sly and Mr Marion really got me in and out of the building with no hassle.I was greeted and offered other services that I may have needed for my vehicle. Stopped by on this very cold very windy Sunday morning just looking for a quick assist airing my tires, as the local self service pumps are often broken and I was in a hurry. Came this past Sunday to get my brothers 1 tire changed. Planned to just drop it off but when we saw there was no cars and 3 guys sitting in the bay we figured we would wait. It took over an hour for 1 TIRE!! The tire was under warranty and was charged an hour of labor. They started working on it at the 45 minute mark (mind you there was no cars in there- 4 workers) tire was done at the exact 1 hour mark. NTB are great everywhere else so this was disheartening considering how much we’ve already spent there. Bought a warranty for a reason. Go to any other ntb you’ll save time I promise.

Mavis took care of me. My tire size is rare and no one else had a new one available. I was in and out on a Sunday. I had to leave to get my rim fixed. Came back and ended up getting another front tire. Probably was there all but 30 mins the second time

As a first time customer, I called about brakes. I was asked to bring in my vehicle for a free brake inspection. Staff member, Henry was polite and helpful. He explained the process. I left my vehicle and was informed when new issues were identified. Henry was detailed and honest. Pricing was reasonable for additional services on my bearings and rotors. After repair, I was overly satisfied!! The repair was quick and performed in a timely manner. Henry even quoted pricing for tires my 2nd vehicle. I had been shopping around for a new set of tires for my Equinox and although I knew my tire size... I was really indecisive on which tires I wanted. I called NTB to give them "the test"... we all know the test when we're shopping around for the best deals and the best quality. Mr. Marion answered the phone and he was the epitome of the perfect employee with work ethic, professionalism, and knowledge. He treated me like family over the phone and even looked up multiple tires for me so that I felt at ease with my decision. I made an appointment that day and when I got there, I realized I had come there one time maybe even a decade ago and Mr. Marion helped me out back then as well. He's so humble and accommodating. I had time to work on my business stuff in the lobby and I was out of there super quick for getting a new set of tires and an alignment. Mr. Sly (Sylvester) was the best in there as well. They both broke down everything if I had any questions and thanks to them and their team... I had a great experience. Great job!
