Can’t walk through the parking lot without an associate telling you you are trespassing and they’re gonna call the police on you very rude disrespectful and they walked up to our car to approach my husband and My Son for cutting through their parking lot

Don’t go to this by any means full on scam and these people will mess your car up and hold it for extortion making you pay more money I took it there just for an oil change and tire swap these folks stripped my catalytic converter and stole it and the owner admitted his son who also works there is a drug addict which explained why my parts were missing and they wouldn’t let my car out out of the shop until I paid more than I already paid them after I already paid $500 for services I didn’t ask for all I wanted was my oil change and tire rotation

I highly suggest you not use this establishment. I used there service for a misfire on my car Mark never was able to fix the problem but he charged me money. I took the car back twice he told me I needed a coil pack. Following his directions the coil pack wasn't the problem. My last experience with Mark Iengine light on for five months the ignition module goes out take it to Mark he stated of course he can replace it part in hand. Later that evening on a Thursday before Memorial weekend that some super glued the ignition module he also stated he had to get a special tool to get it out and it took right hours. After installing the Ignition module he stated the car was now misfiring on 5 and it needed to be replaced. Mark stated he would get the injector at his cost of $104.00 t.ccording to him he change injector five but now the computer has failed now the car is smoking. Peep this he charged me $412.00for not the van isn't raining He lost my bottom engine shield and stated it was never there An injector at machine cost cost far less then $104.00 Dude is good good liar he told me my 1975 Lincoln had a tensioner and that's not true I ask him was the work he's going report to fax he replied it should knowing that it doesn't report to car fax To up the topping on the cake I had all the injectors change and not one had been changed. Mark charged me money for work that he didn't erform Total cost over $1,100.00 van still not working

Do not go here. The guy is very aggressive. My father and brother walked through their parking lot to get back to the tire shop next door and dude ran up to my car as I’m trying to pull off just to say that my brother and father can’t pass through the property and that he was gonna call the police. ON A 15 YR YEAR OLD FOR WALKING THROUGH A PARKING LOT. Do not go here u will not b happy with the service if u do

We do not steal cars when someone leaves their car here for over a year and does not contact us or we are unable to contact them the law says we can process the car have it removed it from our property this is what happen with to person that posted we stoled his car. Also the post that says we stoled his cats off his car told us to replace them with new cats and after we replaced them he came to the shop at 12:30 am at night with a spare key and took his car without paying his bill and then also had his girlfriend post we messed up her car but we never saw her and never worked on her car.

I rented a U-Haul from Mr. Hayes look at my statement, It seems as if I was charged twice so my first step was to go up there and speak with someone. Mr. Hayes cleared everything up without any hesitation, come to find out I was reading it wrong. It was just a hold from U-Haul. I thought I was gonna go there and be faced with difficulties since it was a mechanic shop. Oh was I wrong!!! it was smooth and he was so polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you guys so much.

My vehicle was here from May 2-June 6th for a transmission replacement. Throughout this time period, communication was severely lacking. I was called ONCE with an update; the rest of the time I had to reach out to get any information. After receiving my vehicle, I had to pull off and stop to get oil because my oil was practically empty and I was getting a “hot oil” alert on my dash. The only upside to this experience was that the shop works with Proguard warranty and I only had to pay my deductible. But that’s because of my warranty company, not because of the shop lol. Do not recommend

To anyone that can READ!!!! do not take your vehicle to thsi guy...he had my car a tota; of 18 days to fix my AC. ihad to take the car back to him on 4 separate times and paid him 800$. now thahere is addisitinal problems with my car which i never had before. THIS GUY IS A CRACKER JACK MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!
