I came here for a car safety inspection. The shop was completely empty and they took an hour and a half to get my car back to me. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient

I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle two months in advance, but when I called two weeks prior to confirm, I was told that no appointment had been made. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I repeatedly requested an estimate, but each time I was given an inaccurate one, only getting a final number at checkout. I called throughout the day to get updates, but no one returned my calls as promised. Frustrated, I had to find my own way to the dealership since my calls were unanswered, just to speak with someone in person for answers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service center or dealership to anyone. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
