Went in for 2 new Hankook tires, which I ordered 1 day in advance. They sell good brand tires at inexpensive competitive prices. With the purchase of said tires, installation was included and I was in and out from the tire shop in 20 mins. They are quick.! When buying tires, ask for Andy who works there. I recommend this body shop. Careful with the parrots they have by their office.

If you are looking for a place to service your car with no hassles look no further than Big Boys Repair. Today, I need to get my motor mounts replaced and Big Boys delivered. Both mechanics who I forgot their names were great, I feel bad! My friend has been a loyal customer for years here, getting serviced various automobiles in his family. He referred me and I can honestly say that it is worth for me to make the extra drive out here. They took care of me and made my visit very convenient. I was greeted by a friendly staff and explained the services that were to be done to my car before I dropped off my vehicle and keys into their hands. They were done with my car within a few hours and the charges for labor were very reasonable. I ordered the parts on amazon and I overall paid 1/20th of what I would have at pepboys. I would say it is a good feeling knowing an auto center that will take care of your needs without the hassle or pressure of expensive labor and costs that I had experienced from various auto shops around the area. Here you will feel that you are getting the royal treatment and your automobile is being treated with high priority.

THIS IS AN UPDATE: June 20,2025. Folks,.Andy is a Champ with a Capital C!! l. Drove up in my Friends Ma's.Acura, previously speaking to Andy via telephone, told him the tire.l size, told me to just come in at 3 pm. Got there and by the time I sarted walking up Valley Blvd in search of a convenience store, gave up turned around and headed back 20.minutes later as he stood at the driveway waiting for me to return, said all done Chuy! He had the 2 tires purchased , removed, installed, and balanced already on the car. What service!! Andy from Big Boy Auto is the BEST!! Hands down! I always come to him with my tire needs and everyone's always happy!!Awesome!!. He searches my price range and comes up the with the best and recommended tires that most fits my needs due to the excessive driving I do. He removes the old tires, balances the new ones and reinstalls them. He's always smiling, even towards the end shift when he is tired....you can still see a smile. Kind gentleman. That's why I recommend this place and Andy aka Andrew to all wanting a good experience and good service. Where do I begin. I was on my way to get my tires changed here when one of them popped on me. So I as tried to get a tow through my insurance. I was ultimately left stranded by my insurance. However when I called and explained my situation to the big boys auto repair they went out of their way to help me! I was thankfully within a mile away and they drove to me to get my tire situation taken care of. Andy and the everyone there is super nice and helpful even when I was in distress. The prices are super affordable and the service is quick. I also want to mention the cute birds! Overall if your in the area and in need of some auto repairs I will 100% say big boy auto is the way to go!

I had a flat tire and took it to these guys at 6:56 p.m. (They closed at 7) they were happy to help me. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, especially the white girl with beautiful feathers! She's so cute! I love her even after the guys showed the havoc she causes, haha. Prices were good, big boys were cool, I'll be back when it's time for new tires.
