Came to Big Mike’s shop with the intention of riding back with a brother who got work done on his bike. Unfortunately my handlebars came loose on my way to Big Mike and he noticed as I was parking and offered to tighten free of charge! Mechanics like him are rare especially when they know their stuff. His prices are more than reasonable and I will definitely be coming back for future projects and routine maintenance on my bike.

I've been riding bikes all my life. I'm new to the Harley scene. I just picked up an 04 Fat Boy in amazing condition. I had a few questions and a couple concerns so I stopped off at big Mike's. Not only did they stop what they were doing. Big Mike had me pulled to the shop and Donnie solve some of my Problems and schooled me on everything I needed to know or look out for. These guys are a class act. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here for service and upgrades.

HIGHLY Recommend! I was needing my forks repaired on my Harley Electra Glide. First quote I got seemed high. Started looking for another shop and Big Mike's had the best reviews and when I talked to them about the work, they were almost half of my first quote. Dropped my bike off telling Mike that it wasn't a rush, got a text the very next day saying it was done. When I picked it up we discussed some other things they noticed while working on my bike and other repairs/upgrades I need to do. Will definitely use Big Mike's for my future needs.

Simple handlebar switch (extended). Get a call from Mike after work is done, engine light is on, can’t help and I need to take to the dealer. Month later and 1200 bucks (Mike’s jacked up the throttle cable when replacing the handlebars). Sent him a video from the dealer showing the issue…response (and I quote)…GOOD. Called today to go pick up the old handlebar (text verbatim)… I don’t have them. I thought I gave them back to you plus I don’t keep parts very long. They become junk. Thanks Mike.
