Well, my car was flooded several months back, so I took it to these guys so they could remove the carpet and give it a detail. Right off the bat I noticed the little cover where the gas cap/trunk lever is was gone. No big deal but slightly annoying. I didn't say anything. Here's my complaint: ever since I got my car back, water has been leaking into my passenger side floor board when I turn my car to the left. Thought it was the a/c drain tube so I tried to unclog the thing but it wasn't clogged. Scratching my head, I took it to deer park auto (who does good work btw) and they told me what was up. Apparently when these guys detailed my car and took the carpet out, they did not replace the a/c drain under the carpet, so instead of the condensation leaking on the ground, it was coming back in my car. So, now here I am paying (literally) for their mistake. Womp womp. They did a great job detailing otherwise. This just passed me off and I can't trust them anymore so I'll take my car somewhere else next time.

The owner of PRECISION HEADLINERS AND AUTO SERVICES asked me to let everyone know her business of 33 years was totally destroyed by the tornado that ripped through Pasadena and Deer Park on 1-24-23. Sandy, the owner, asked me to put out on social media that she and her family are unharmed and it may take a bit for everything to get back to normal but stated "We have been here for 33 years and we aren't going anywhere ". I contacted her this morning to discuss leaving my car for headliner and interior detail when she informed me the business was destroyed. I informed her my repairs will wait for her to reopen and she sounded so surprised. I told her after reading her reviews, I wouldn't consider any other establishment. Please keep this lady and her family in your prayers

Materials matched very well.couldn't tell any work had been done Was so happy, I brought my truck by for an estimate. Prices are fair and work came out looking great. Called to get a headliner done for a 2011 Yukon. Dropped off and showed the front driver seat as well. Was explained to me should be ready in 2 days or so .
