The Downtown Big O Tire Shop on 15th in Boise is the best tire shop in town. Courtney is the owner and she's great. They really want you to get a great value for what you pay for and they are patient and friendly. Just downright classy. Everyone should go to this store.

I have found my new tire spot! Over the past 2+ years I have been really pleased with the exceptional customer service and knowledge base that Courtney and her whole crew shown me at Big O. The moment you walk in, its been great for me. Being a girl dad and now managing a fleet of HS drivers, I'm super glad to have found a spot where they can walk in they get treated right and taken care of if I'm not around. The best tire shop I’ve been to in 15 years and four different states. The team has excellent knowledge of both modern cars as well as older and classic cars. They do excellent work on vehicles most shops would determine as “too old”. They also provide excellent machine services with control arm bushing replacements and have great communication and service. I go here no matter what and tell all my friends to go here as well.

I never write reviews but these guys deserve some feedback. Chad was great to work with on tire selection and addressing an alignment issue. I was being indecisive on selection. Through a few phone calls and in-person discussions, Chad walked me through pros and cons, specifications, and showed me in-person a couple of options they had in stock. They fixed my alignment issue and had me drive it for a few days to make sure it was addressed, and my truck drove much better as a result. Chad got me some wheels I couldn’t find anywhere else in fairly quick time and the specific tires I wanted the same day I made my selection. I just got the truck back, but my initial impressions are that the combination looks and rides great.

Came in for a slow leaker. Had bought a set here a few months back. They told me I had some "play" in the front end. "Oh boy, here we go", I thought. Turns out it was legit (improperly torqued tie rod end bolt). They got me on my way safely with no charge. Good, honest folks!

Got a flat tire at the worst possible time you could ever imagine. I had to drive 135 miles to get to my hotel in Boise after 11 pm ! I was completely exhausted and mad at my car. However, the next day I called every nearby shop to see if they had my tire in stock . It wasn't going in my favor. After a while, this shop assured me that they got my tire size. The whole experience was so smooth. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They changed 2 tires within an hour. The price was reasonable. They are honest , skilled and well organized. The customer waiting area was really clean and cozy . If you are looking for a tire shop, I would highly recommend Big O Tires . Stay away from ripoff other shops. Note: at this moment, I already drove over 9k on these tires. Everything is good so far.
