It’s incredibly cheap, $250 after tax for oil change and coolant flush is unbeatable. Also is a great place to go with a lowered car. I have 2” clearance max and it was no issue at all for them to get everything done.

Tried to not replace my tire under warranty and I had to tell them it had stress cracks and they agreed after looking at it that I was right to honor the warranty. They had to order a tire and stole my original tire even though there was no contracts or signatures or anything. I had to call Phoenix Police Department because they literally stole my tire and who’s to say that the same manager would be there tomorrow. I went close to 6pm.

I scheduled a appointment for brakes and rotors, estimated 1.5 hours wait time. At 2 hrs. of waiting, I went to ask the status of my truck, and they told me they had issues with getting my spacers off of my truck. They had not done ANY service on my truck at this point, 2 hours later, nor have they communicated that they were having ay kind of delay. I got the excuse that they are busy. Too busy to come talk to your customer about the issue they encountered? Waste of my morning and highly dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of communication. Do not reccomend.

I took my 2001 Ford F-150 to Big O Tires on Northern and 23rd Avenue in Phoenix for a brake job. After they inspected it they called and said I didn't need a break job and I still had 80% use still on my brakes. They proceeded to tell me what their inspection revealed. They found a sway bar or antisway mechanism needed to be repaired or replaced, the brake fluid flushed and shocks on the rear. I okayed it and they did it that same day it was ready by 4:00 and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this Big O tires to anyone that needs car repairs. They do a lot more than just tires. Very professional crew. I easily give it five stars.

I usually go here for my Highlander and they take the most an hour for an oil change and they top off the fluids ( standard ) and fill the tires and the price usually comes to about 65 ish bucks which is why I go there. Today I went for my impala and it was sad tbh. My appointment was at 10 am I was there until 11:45 am which almost two hours is wild but I understand there were cars there before me so it is what it is but what got me is I paid 78 dollars for the oil change and they did not top off any fluids nor fill the tires like they usually do. How did I pay more for my impala than my Highlander amd get less done for the amount I paid ?? I was just annoyed paid and left… smh

I will continue to come back for their expertise and support on all my vehicle needs. From start to finish I was impressed. From the beginning I was greeted with hello and smiles. I see they love their jobs and take pride in their work. Each service I’ve had I was always informed and educated about the situation. If you’re looking for looking for service on your vehicle without any hassle or confusion definitely check out this location! I recommend talking to Kevin! He’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me with getting my vehicle the maintenance it needed without any gimmicks and or unnecessary repairs/fees. I don’t know much about cars but talking with him put me at ease and I got my repair done same day which rarely happens. I’ve had my car serviced at this location (Northern) for the last 4-5 years. I’ve always had good service- and one of the great things about this location is that I feel they’ve always let me know if there’s an issue- and let me know if this is something that is urgent - or just something to be aware of. They don’t push needless services! I stopped in for an oil change - but had concerns because I had to drive over road debris on the freeway in rush hour traffic and was worried that there might have been damage to my suspension. I mentioned this to my service adviser Robert- and he had the technicians check for issues. No charge! I trust them with servicing my car. And I feel more comfortable with Big-O versus the Dealer: prices are better and I feel the quality of workmanship is just as good if not better. They are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Big-O.
